After 20 years of being a customer at this location, I will NEVER ever visit this location again. The OWNER was rude to me during and after him not being bothered to try to resolve the time sensitive issue I was having in a timely fashion. The issue that I was having was that the coupon did not apply to my mobile order, so I tried to use it inside before the timer ran out. He believed in his head that my coupon timer ran out before I got to the store, even after I SHOWED him that the screenshot that I took of the coupon AND that the screenshot was timestamped less than 5 minutes before the current time of our discussion…I even showed him the current time. Instead of helping me before the time ran out, he spent the couple minutes going back and fourth with me trying to convince me that the time ran out and I tried to explain to him that it should work if he scans it before the time actually ran out, but he couldn’t be bothered to actually TRY to scan it for SEVERAL minutes. NONE of that would have even mattered if he had knowledge of how their app works, because he could have simply told me that if I wait the coupon will go back to my account (I found that out when I got home). What makes me never want to come back is the fact that he offered to honor the coupon, then IMMEDIATELY decided not to, and proceeded to argue with me. I guess the word “okay” is triggering for him. I thought we were in agreement, but I guess it was not okay. I should have took my business elsewhere. While I was waiting for my family to get their food, so we could leave, he asks am I going to pay for my order, as if he didn’t just flip out on me and decline honoring the coupon when I agreed to make the purchase. I should’ve said no, but did not want to make my family stop somewhere else, because it just was not worth the mental gymnastics to order the subpar meal that I received.

I ordered the Roman burger and my wife ordered a traditional Italian the Roman burger was spectacular it was like a Philly cheese steak sandwich but with a three pepper sauce. And the traditional Italian has everything but mayonnaise on it. I placed a to go order and only waited about 20 minutes so quick it’s amazing I loved that it was only about 19 and some cents in change so awesome when looking for affordable lunches. The shop was by far the cleanest I’ve been to in a while and very friendly joking in a friendly way having fun with the customer making them laugh I love that. They may need to add more desert choices sides but I am not complaining.

Different type of food than I normally would eat and that is why I like it. Weather you dine in or order cary out make sure you order a side of their waffle fries and a cup of cheese. It’s so good and cooked perfectly the way I like them and the flavor of the cheese complements the other taste pallets from their sandwiches perfectly. The employees at this location are very polite and easy to talk to as well. All in all this was an easy 5 stars for me to give because they earned it!!

Cleanest Mr. Hero that I have been to. They brought my food to my table. Everyone seemed to love their job. The food was great! I had a chicken pita, and the husband had a roman burger. Both were better than many of the Mr. hero locations we have been to over the years. I don’t think I’d choose another location at this time. This one is it.

I can remember getting Mr Hero as a kid growing up in Canton back in the 80s. Moved away in 88 and haven’t had one since. My sisters (who also left Canton years ago) and I were in town this weekend and had to get a couple hot buttered cheesesteaks. They were just as we remembered them! So good, buttery, cheesy! Wish I would’ve gotten one to take on the plane with me!

I love mr heros food but rarely come to this establishment (it’s not the nicest). I place my order and wait and watch the lady bag up my order and had it to the lady that ordered after me. Then proceeded to bag up that lady’s order and hand it to me and it was missing quite a few items. She corrected the mistake but had an attitude about doing so. Looks like I will make the drive to a nicer location and hope they get my order that I pay for correct.
