Came in for lunch wife and her friend ordered pho. I had rice noodles in lemongrass with rare beef and Vietnamese ham. It was delicious and flavorful. They also provide very good green tea and I had also ordered a mango smoothie as well. Would be definitely coming back again to try more dishes again soon!

I was recommended this place by a friend, and it is a hidden gem. The price for the portion size is pretty good, and the bún cha was delicious, if a little bit on the salty side for my personal preference. But everything was perfectly cooked, fresh, and tasty. I will absolutely be coming back here.

Fantastic service and food. Pho Dac Biet was excellent with a good mixture of meats, tripe and tendon and the broth was so clean and flavourful. The Cha Nem was perfect….so crispy on the outside and filled with yummyness on the inside. The Bun with grilled shrimp and spring roll was also excellent…..only wish was that the fish sauce could have been a bit stronger as we found it a bit weak for our taste….but overall it was a great little spot and very glad we tried it out. Enjoy.

Pho was still really good, but the broth was alot oilier than usual. I hope it was just a fluke, as the flavor still hit the spot.
The calamari was delicious as usual and my favorite I have ever had!!
We tried fried bananas and they ran over to Metro to get us ice cream, as they had run out haha! It was very nice of them to do so. 🙂

I had Authentic Vietnamese Pho House for the second time last week after a previous excellent experience. Once again, our meal was fantastic. I originally selected it based on hearing it was safe for celiacs. They were knowledgeable about celiac disease and the precautions needed to ensure I didn’t get sick, and friendly and attentive in providing service. The portion sizes were fantastic. We had the satay chicken rice wraps, and I had chicken and shrimp rice noodle soup in chicken broth. The broth was flavourful, the ingredients fresh, and the portions were huge. Price was completely reasonable – for our family of 4 with tax and tip we came in just a shade above $100. Everyone enjoyed their meals and felt full and satisfied. The restaurant itself is a little plain but it is clean and cozy. Overall a second excellent experience for us and we will absolutely be back again soon.

The prices have gone up a bit with the new menu since our last visit, which is understandable given the economy, but it definitely makes it more of a treat for us now! 🙂 The pho was still really good, although the broth seemed a bit oilier than usual. I’m hoping it was just a one-off, as the flavor was still on point. The calamari, as always, was amazing—definitely the best I’ve ever had! We also tried the fried bananas, and when they realized they were out of ice cream, they actually ran over to Metro to grab some for us! That was such a kind gesture. 🙂

One of the best pho places in Ottawa that I have had. A bit too much msg otherwise perfect broth, but that is almost every pho. Def recommended. Staff are great! Super busy so that is telling.

Took my wife here for lunch. A small restaurant but it was clean and inviting. The waitress was extremely friendly. We ordered fresh shrimp spring rolls for app. It came with a peanut sauce. The rolls was ok. Not enough herb and shrimps. I ordered a bun bo hue, and my wife ordered a vermicelli with aaa rib eye steak slices and spring roll. Let me say my soup was amazing. Lots of assorted meat, great broth seasoning, very spicy and came with assorted herbs ans bean sprouts. I’ve eaten a lot of bun bo hue in Ottawa and this has to be my top 2. My wife rib eye meat slices were so flavourful and tasty. We live in the east end of Ottawa and definitely will come back.

I Ordered Soft shell crab and the vermicelli noodles. For $18 I recommend the crab, its worth every penny and the 15min wait!!
Vermicelli was good too as expected. Service was good, decor and atmosphere was good as well. Plenty of parking.
