I went to order an $8 bundle (I order a $6 one all the time) and I asked to upgrade to baconator fries (as I always do) the guy says it doesn’t come with fries. I explained that it did and some lady comes in yelling out of nowhere saying “SIR WE CANT UPGRADE THAT BUNDLE” so because of her attitude I left. I knew that you could upgrade it of course so I drove 15 minutes to another Wendy’s to get my order. You can clearly upgrade it. I knew this but you can’t argue with agree staff members. Please train your employees Wendy’s. Customers shouldn’t know more about the menu than the workers themselves. Also, I’ve worked in fast food for 5 years, a little hospitality goes a long way, and usually you should hear the customer out. Won’t be choosing that Wendy’s again.

Beware depending on who’s working management when prices are different and they decide if they want to charge .50 cents per sauce. If you got any Wendy’s sauces at home bring them to this location for .50 cents per sauce credit cuz if they want to charge then they got to return them Is BBQ sauce even on the menus and why do some management charge and the others make up thier own prices

Have placed orders a couple times now where I would come to pick it up a little close to close and then there would be no one at the drive thru. Kinda disappointing since for the most part they are very good about orders and stuff even at a later time. Don’t wanna go full bad on them cause again for the most part they are good but the last couple late night mobile orders have left me very unsatisfied. Imma give them a 3 star for now but will be lowering it if this problem persists.

Do not count on the posted hours! I love Wendy’s but this location never stays open to its posted close time. I go there on my way home from work and they are always closed early. Today I sat in the drive through for ten minutes trying to be patient and finally went to the window where a woman was shaking her finger and head at me. She couldn’t even bother opening the window to talk to me. It was 12:15 and they’re suppose to be open till 1am. This location is such a disappointment.

My son just loves Wendy’s. When it was time for planting his birthday, I knew exactly where I wanted to go to cater chicken nuggets for him since that is his favorite. I never got the lady’s name but she helped me out so much and she deserves an a+ because I ordered 200 nuggets and it was ready for me to pick up when I arrived and it was a huge success with the kids. So thank you very much and I will definitely consider catering in the future.

So I went to the drive through and ordered two cheese n egg croissant sandwiches. I got two squares with some white cheese. So I went back around and told her I got the wrong order. She said that is a croissant. I said I’m looking for a a flaky, circular bread. So she said, do you want the classic gave me two of those and they still were wrong with American cheese and egg. Someone needs to let Wendys know what a croissant is. Because it’s not what is in this picture. I was going to go around again to let them know but I thought they were going to do something to my food. So I just drove away. SMH this is why people don’t go out to eat.

I came to this Wendy’s because I was hungry and it’s pretty close to where I live, and I politely asked them before I ordered my food to make the food cook to order, so that it was fresh. The only thing that seemed fresh were the fries. Burger was barely warm, and my family member said her chicken sandwich was not fresh either, and I asked for the spicy version of that sandwich, and it was the plain. Also when I was checking the bag of food, there two flies, one that was in the bag when I was moving the food around, and one that was dead on a ranch container. If you want Wendy’s, just go to the one on Grand.
