We recently visited this Wingstop location despite the mixed and often negative reviews — and honestly, we’re glad we gave it a try. We’ve always loved Wingstop’s chicken sandwiches and unique flavors, and we even joke that their sandwiches beat some of the big-name chicken restaurants in town. This visit definitely reminded us why!
Yair, our cashier and server, made the experience even better. He was exceptionally courteous, kind, and attentive. He took our order carefully, repeated everything back for accuracy, brought our food to the table, and even helped clean up after we finished. This young man has a genuinely warm energy and so much potential — I truly believe he will go far in whatever he chooses to pursue.
The restaurant itself is small but offered plenty of seating, and it was much quieter and more pleasant than some reviews had mentioned. Our food was perfectly cooked, flavorful, and served in a very reasonable amount of time.
Overall, we had a very positive experience and wouldn’t hesitate to order from this location again. Sometimes you really do have to try a place for yourself — and we’re glad we did! ✨

If I could give this place ZERO STARS I WOULD!Im pretty sure my Husband &- I now have food poisoning from this trash of food!The chicken was slimey,inside &- out.Tasted as if it was barely cooked to begin with.We had to throw it back in the oven for 15 minutes &- it still tasted horrible!The lemon pepper wings tasted as if they were soaked in soap water.After four wings I started to get sick!For 40 something dollars this was NOT worth it!Better off eating at McDonalds than here!

Pretty sure they gave me boneless wings instead of the tenders I ordered. One on the left is supposed to be one of the new “tenders”, others are boneless wings. Great way to save money I guess. No wonder they have 2.4 stars

When you walk in to order. It was quick to order but unfortunately all I hear was two mangers talk negatively about their staff as I stood there for ten minutes as I waited for my order. The managers did not seem to notice or care that I was there as they talked about their staff in front of me. Not a single staff member wore gloves as they prepared any of the food. Not sure I will ever come here again.

Had two orders at around 6:40, got drivers at around 7 they were in the store for 40+ minutes. Along with it being priority order it took over an hour for my drivers to even get the food and hour and a half for me to get my food. The original delivery time was 7:30 I got my food at 8:06.
Update, I got cold fries that i did not order I ordered corn, my tender had half the sauce, my chicken sandwich was hard, everything else i ordered was fine. I’ve never had it this bad.

Wingstop is my go-to spot for wings. I have ordered from this location plenty of times, but there was a difference in customer service this time. The manager was working on this day, and I was greeted when I came in. She was very friendly to the customers in the restaurant. I appreciated her friendliness even though one customer was very agitated; however, he was smiling by the time he left. Besides the good service, there was a little bit of a wait, but it was only two people working, and there was no need to get upset. My food was good, and I told her I would be back. I recommend Wingstop in Hanover if you are in the area.
