They close at 10 o’clock. I got there at 9:30. The one bigger lady there that was mopping the floors Was complaining about everything I ordered because they didn’t want to make it. Maybe they should push the close time up if they don’t wanna make food past a certain time. She was saying some bad words in Spanish. I pretended like I didn’t understand because I already paid for my food and I wasn’t trying to cause a scene. But you shouldn’t be swearing for everyone to hear.

I ordered an extramost cheese pizza. I was given a totally undercooked, regular cheese pizza. One slice had a 2″ area with almost nothing from the outside crust, another area, the size of a silver dollar, had no cheese. Other slices had the correct amount of cheese. The underside was 90% white of uncooked dough. I had to bottom cook it at home for 5 minutes to cook & make it a light brown. I would never buy anything there again. Stay away from this joint. It looked like it had 25% cheese of a Costco cheese pizza.

Don’t know why I continue to go to this place… I feel bad for the ladies upfront because the people making the pizzas keep screwing things up and they have to hear it all…extra mushroom on one and extra beef extra mushroom on the other…see photos you be the judge. Every time we have gone here something is incorrect…Very pleasant lady upfront had them remade and still not even close. We love little caesars….but will NOT be returning to Union Deposit Rd location. I drive nearly 20 minutes each way. (Son grabbed slices of mushroom before I could take a picture)

Tried to call numerous times on a Saturday afternoon. No one picked up. Tried to order on the app and also the website but there wasn’t an order option available. Decided to go into the store and order. Wanted a custom deep dish (pepperoni and mushroom) and crazy bread. The first (and only) cashier working seemed overwhelmed and unsure of the ordering system. After waiting in line for 7 minutes I placed my order. Pizza was done after 15 minute wait but then realized the cashier rang me up for only 1 crazy bread when I said I wanted 2. Three workers had returned from a break and now took over the registers. Decided to get one more cheese deep dish since the first pizza I ordered seemed small and was told it would be another 15 minutes. So much for hot n ready! Breadsticks were horrible. Basically oil dipped crusts. No Parmesean cheese on them. Pizza was lacking in sauce. No sauce at all on 1.5” from edge. This location needs some serious improvements. Also needs a good cleaning in the waiting area. The first time I ordered from there was shortly after they first opened last year and the food was great and ready fast. Almost a year later and they’ve gone downhill big time.

Stopped in for a quick dinner while we were on the road. I figured they would have some hot and ready pizzas, and got lucky to get the last one. The pizza was seemingly fresh and tasted as is expected from Little Caesars.
I do have to say though, when I went inside I waited at the counter for a few minutes before anyone even noticed that I was there. It seemed that the employees were too busy talking to each other to notice their customers.

I ordered pizza from here for pickup when I got my pizza it was burnt the pepperoni had no pep it all was just burnt if I could give no stars I would I will never order from there again here are the pics

There was pubes baked under my pepperoni. I can’t get them to show up in a picture , but i swear they’re under more than half. It’s beyond Foul and you should be ashamed.

this location is falling apart. It’s always very busy and understaffed for it. Their pizza portal had been broken for months, so i cant get in and out with an online order, and theres nobody manning the counter to hand out completed orders, just overworked staff scrambling to keep up.
The food quality was as good as you’d expect from a little ceasars, but dont bother for lunch or dinner peak times.
