We had the best experience we’ve had with fast food tonight in this Wendy’s drive thru. From the sweetness of the person taking our order, the kind cashier that took our payment and the ladies at the pick up window who made sure our food was super fresh. We never have high expectations for fast food but we were blown away at just how great the service and our food was! Thank you everyone who was working tonight!

So yesterday I was trying to get my usual breakfast from my local Wendy’s. When I ordered this specific drink, it didn’t taste right at all. Almost like it was rotted. Some lady in the kitchen started YELLING at me and accusing me of not liking a certain ingredient even though I never said that and I usually order this drink like all the time. She was treating me like I don’t like what I ordered and I had no idea what I was even doing there. I couldn’t believe the audacity of this lady.
I do want to know the other lady that has worked there for awhile was so kind and sweet to me, she was trying to help me but that she was interrupted by the one who yelled at me.
Overall, very disappointed and won’t be around again for awhile…

Great clean location, I was treated extremely well by Rosa who helped me order food when the kiosk tap to pay was broken. She helped me while doing 10 other tasks. She’s the real MVP!

Wendy’s has gone from good food to adding junk and cutting portions. People are friendly although with all of management’s notes about don’t do this or that I am sure some positive reinforcement could go a long way. I predict going down hill. But just add Talkies to ice cream!

2023 Update – This location has been renovated to the new standard. They are often busy, which is not an issue, but the staff need to be more kind. Mistakes happen, but they need to be corrected without attacking the customer.

Aside from the fact that my burger came out a little more pink on the inside than I prefer from a fast food joint, it wasn’t bad. The staff were quick to take care of it and ensure I had a great experience.
