I love Starbucks. The quality is very consistent in the staff works very hard. The atmosphere is pleasant. I love to go in there and sit and enjoy a hot drink or a cold drink. I would highly recommend them. It was an enjoyable splurge. The staff is always very cooperative, friendly and helpful.

This is my every morning stop most time. I get there around 4:30 am and usually I’m the first customer lol they are always fast and super friendly. I even got to try a drink for my birthday that I was not sure but they even gave me the recipe because it was soooooo good!

An International Coffeehouse located just off US-441 in Leesburg is a chain store known for its signature coffee roasts, teas, light bites with WIFI availability. It is not unusual to see people coming to Starbucks to chat, meet up or even work; a neighborhood gathering place with ample seating.
Our satisfaction could not be any higher as we were both very pleased with their service and quality of drinks and light fare! We will certainly be back to visit here again!

Cyndi (I believe I spelt that correctly) in the drive thru is an exceptionally marvelous human! She’s got a lovely smile and such a charming and vibrant spirit. She is an absolute delight to come across each and every time I visit, she makes the experience truly memorable! The world needs more Cyndi’s, but even then, she’d still be one of a kind! This morning at 6:20 I had order the new apple crisp shaken expresso. It was so bitter. I couldn’t drink it without gagging. I went back at 7:16 to order some syrup and sweet cold foam to try to get it to taste good. But the Bastia offered to make me a completely different drink for free! I’m so overly thankful! Thank you so very much! 🙂

Customer Service is below par. I walked in no one greeted me and they were more concerned about the drive-thru than patrons actually walking in No one tended to me. After a few minutes, someone told me to wait that someone would be with me. No one ever came and there was four people standing in front of me working and no one gave me any eye contact ridiculous.I waited almost 5 minutes and I just left. If someone would’ve just greeted me, acknowledged me and shown customer care I would’ve waited another five minutes, but the fact that they blew me off and had no regard, had me uneasy I’d rather give my business to someone else. What happened to good old customer service?
