We ordered the chicken tender meal with a large fry and a chicken fried steak meal with a large fry. The guy that brought the order was rude and had an attitude because we couldn’t see the tenders in the sack. The chicken tenders were very dark, dry and rubbery. The food tasted like old dirty fryer grease. We only received one large fry and one regular sized fry. We did not get a receipt for the purchase. Will not be back.

Horrible food. Deplorable . The coney dog was a mess. The lemonade cream slush was missing. The grilled cheese was uncooked, smeared with ketchup and had brown bits sticking in the cheese. Fries were cold.

Wish I could do zero stars. This store does care if they’re customers have asthma or are allergic to cigarette smoke. Will let their employees smoke anywhere. Even the managers told me that they were not going to do anything about it and also said cooperate wouldn’t do anything about it either. Will never go to this location because of the smoke exposure and employees and managers not caring.

I always love their shakes. The lady at the drive through, cheyane I think her name was, was very polite and quick to get my order ready. Too bad the person who bought out my food on skates wasn’t that enthusiastic.

I placed my order and within 1 minute it was being delivered. So I knew it wasn’t going to be freshly cooked. Chicken strips were cold, French fries tasted like the oil needed to be changed. This is the second time we had been there since remodel and will never go back. McDonalds and Braums have just got our business.

The car hops are great . The workers that take the order are great. The quality control on food needs to be improved. People will wait longer for great food. Twice now on separate visits the cheese as been all over the place. Please try giving the cooks raises, people care more about their work with they feel like they are valued!

I had ordered my food and it came out pretty fast and was delicious but the service was awful. There was a lady named Ashley? I don’t remember it was something like that but she was very rude. She brought out my food and didn’t look too happy and just kind of shoved my food through the window.

I used the app to order my food yesterday and besides not knowing where to look for the stall number it went off without a hitch. Everything was correct, I had a few requests, and it took literally 1 minute for the order to arrive at my car once I pulled in and let them know I was there. Very pleased. I had given them a 3 star a few months ago, terrible service, and hadn’t been back until yesterday, but they have earned the 5!!

The staff are polite each time we visit, and the food is always good.
The reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5, is during my last visit I wanted one of the Grilled Cheese Double Burger I kept seeing advertised online, and it was not offered at this location. Being the only Sonic location for quite a distance, there’s no reason to not have the limited time menu items available at this location.
The burger I got instead was good regardless. That and the friendly staff still earn a good review despite my disappointment.
