We were one of two couples in the restaurant. The service was friendly and helpful, but our orders were wrong. The cook came out to apologize when he definitely didn’t have to, but we do wish we got what we paid for. A discount would’ve been nice, but we weren’t offered one.
My spouse got the wrong flavored wings, which were spicy. I asked for no lettuce and tomato on my burger, I got both.
Cheese curds weren’t bad, but it was all batter. We did get offered to-go drinks which was nice. The atmosphere is cute, but expected a little better service for how slow it was and the price. Would still go back and try again.

My first visit was also the first night of karaoke. The young man took our order and we waited a while before I got up to tell someone else we still didn’t get our drinks. We were at a large table so I’m sure he was overwhelmed. I asked for no mustard or onion on my burger and it came with both. Then to top it off I was charged extra for the onion. Lol. We got it all taken care of in the end.
My second time went much smoother. All the food was great. The waitress did a good job.

Great place with very friendly service. It’s a new business so they are still fine tuning their menu. They have a great selection of tap beer. Boys night out with my 15 y/o so I skipped the beer. My son rated the pizza a 10 out of 10. They are just putting hot wings on the menu and the buffalo style version was very good. My son wants to come back with the whole family on our next visit.

Truly fantastic! The wings are perfection and the pizzas are mouthwateringly good. Excellent service and a truly friendly and attentive owner. My family and I make it a point to eat here as often as we can. The kids can each get their own pizza of their choosing. Then we get a big order of wings, we eat some there and then take the rest home to eat later. Adore this place.

Ate here for the first time. I had heard not so great things about it right after they opened so was a little apprehensive but I have to say we we’re very pleasantly surprised. Sat at the bar and got served by the owners who very nice. It was like talking with friends. All that we ordered was good, especially the pizza. The wings we’re nice sized and meaty as well. Hubby and I had dinner here tonight and the food was great, as usual. We both had the burger and fries. The food was fresh and tasty. I am not a French fry person, but their fries are good. Plus, they give you a ton! Service was great, too. Owners came over to chat with us. They are good people. We have had their pizzas, in the past, and they have some of the best pizza in Lawton. Highly recommend The Hangout.

The Hangout is located in The West Village Plaza off Cache Road. There is a decent amount of parking that can handle the number of customers their establishment can take. I went to eat here during lunch hours, so I have no comment about the evening or nightlife. The ambiance was a tropical theme, while an indoor “garage style” eating area was closed off—great potential for larger crowds. The waitress came over and gave us a menu. Seeing as they recently opened, one would assume no one has been here yet; that being said, she immediately asked us what we wanted and never asked us if we wanted a beer menu or anything like that; not the restaurant’s fault, but it is more the server’s ability to carry the customer experience. We ordered fried pickles, cheese curds, fried mushrooms, two pizzas, and four different-style burgers around the table to include their sides. The pizzas were excellent and worth ordering again. The hamburgers, however, were very bland and not good. At our table of four, it was a consensus that the burgers were “something else” and tasted awful. Overall, I would say the place is worth going to if you want to grab the pizza, but I would be hesitant to order anything else.

Awesome staff, best wings in town hands down. Pizza is solid too, burger is pretty decent. The owner is real nice too, i don’t care for the constant rodeo stuff playing as an animal activist, but good energy. Their chicken strips are my wife’s favorite!

Nice place with a family type atmosphere. The drinks were great, I had a “Funky Monkey” that came in a cute little beach type glass. My husband and I both had calzones (order a small! It was pretty big so I can only imagine what a large would look like!) and my son had a burger and fries. All of it was delicious, especially the fries! They were cooked perfectly!

Place was great with great staff, great food, and a great atmosphere. Those tator tots are the best! Pizza and burgers are great! The ownership is great, they let us stay a little late with some boys who just came home from deployment. Don’t recommend doing that to them again, but we didn’t know they closed because we didn’t pay attention. But they were most accommodating and wonderful about the whole thing. Highly recommended!
