LOL @ everone complaining about the service. This is a mom and pops place, ran by an older Asian couple. They’re not going to pander to you silly! Sure you can go to another pho restaurant whose menu has been “Americanized”, but you’d be missing out on authentic pho. Take it from someone whos just moved from San Diego and who’s eaten at countless authentic pho restaurants all over the U.S.- you don’t ever go there for the service, you go there for the FOOD! If the staff isn’t mean mugging you as soon as you walk in the door, then you’re not at an authentic Asian resturant.
The P1 and Pork Vermicelli were delicious. The price is a little on the high end for pho though.

Poor service. The man and wife that own it are rude, at first I thought it was just the language barrier. I went in for a second time and waiting 20 minutes before being seating, since there is just 2 people working and all but 3 tables were dirty. The woman was bothered I asked for more limes and an extra napkin. Her exact reply was “why you need more, that’s too many.” It made me feel very uncomfortable. The pho is good there, but there are other places just as good if not better with great customer service. I will never go there again and regret even giving them a tip.

Went in a few weeks ago after running some errands in the area. I have been here before about 2 years ago and remembered that it was really good and had great serving sizes for the price (I am talking about 32+ Oz of soup per person). Not many decorations, the video is on repeat for entertainment, and there is a small video poker room separated by a curtain. That being said the owners do a good job with service. I watched as angry gamblers impatiently wanted to cash in their tickets, customers start complaining because the food is made from scratch and they have to wait more than 5 min. I thought that the owner replied very well in spite of all of this. I made sure to thank him for everything and compliment the food (I had more than my fair share for leftovers to take home… YUM!) My only downside to the whole experience besides the video poker noise not being able to be drowned out was the bathroom. Sure, it was ‘clean’ but it seemed rather neglected. If you go by yourself, expect to wait about 10-20 min for your food since it is not canned. If you go in a large group, you can probably expect about an hour for everyone to get their food (Best guess).

I like them adjusting their dishes to fit my wishes. I like their young coconut. I like their Pho, their summer roles, their tea varieties. It’s a small place with restricted hours, lacking a “chain feel”, so don’t expect slick or fast service, even though there is a tiny lottery room there.

Stay Away!! Very rude old lady! Took my dad for Pho. We walked in, saw people eating and there was a ‘closed’ sign away from the door sitting low under table? We’re not sure so I asked the old lady at the counter and she did not reply. We sat down on the table ready to order and she gave us a dirty mean look, threw the menu like she didn’t care, then turn around and left. Later she came up to us saying that we were close. We already asked her the first time but to make things easy we left. Waste of time, very bad customer service, and for sure will never go there again. Not a friendly place!! Zero star

Guy who served was mean and racist. Trying to charge me $2.00 for borrowing a 2nd bowl so my kids don’t have to eat from the main bowl considering that I ordered a large bowl. He also dares to question why I’m ordering just 2 items. Place is dirty if you look closer. I noticed him being racist when a Caucasian couple came in and noticed the difference on the way he was entertaining my table compared to the other couple. I will NEVER eat here again and highly recommend to anybody who doesn’t want bad service and attitude NOT to eat in this restaurant. Food is not good anyway.

Rude old guy. My wife and I weren’t super hungry so we wanted to split a large Pho. I was in the bathroom when she ordered. He said no we have to get two smalls or get nothing no splitting there is not enough profit in it for him if we split. He pressured her into getting two smalls. That’s a silly policy number one but it was how rude he was about it that makes us so mad. I changed our order to one large and didn’t eat. We shouldn’t have supported such a rude business to begin with but we were already there. Go somewhere else.

This place has the most horrible service that I have seen in my life. I called the place to place an order and asked the service for some recommendation of the soups and rice noodles, the guy that answer the phone was extremely rude did not have any patients did not wasn’t too give any information about the food, on top off that he acted like he was doing me a favor. Furthermore, he hang up the phone. That place have no respect nor consideration for their clients and obviously does not deserve my business. I will never ever ever called this place or go eat at this place again I rather give my money to somebody who deserves.

Ordered Pho menu item #1. Prompt and friendly service. Plenty of food… I ate too much actually. The flavor was great. I would definitely eat here again.
