My husband and I have been coming to The French Quarter for some time now, and the food is consistently great, but the staff is really what makes this place stand out.
We had one less-than-perfect visit in the past, but every experience since then has been wonderful. The host (I wish I remembered to ask for her name) is always so kind and remembers us every time we come in. She goes out of her way to get us a comfortable booth and pair us with our favorite server, which we truly appreciate. Our server, Bailey, is just as exceptional. She remembers our preferences and consistently goes above and beyond to make sure we’re well taken care of. She even remembers that my husband likes hot sauce with his meal and that I don’t like tomatoes in my salad.
Having spent over a decade working in the restaurant industry, I know that off days happen. What matters is how a team shows up afterward, and the staff here has completely turned that one experience into a distant memory. They continue to make each visit enjoyable and welcoming. I am genuinely amazed and appreciative of all the staff but especially the host and Bailey.

Lacey greeted us at the host stand and immediately sat us. Our table was right in front of the kitchen but staff kept conversation at a distance. We started with some tasty bread and butter. Ordered Crab cake as our appetizer— a bit small and cold in the center. But overall tasty. They were out of all steaks so we shared the Lobster Chowder and Caesar. Soup was tasty-the Caesar had spinach and not romaine but I still ate it. We split the fish and chips. Not too pleased but the ambiance and service won us over! We had a few great glasses of wine and enjoyed each other’s company. Luckily the accidentally got a nice Pinot -it made my bite!
We loved the linen service and how efficient the staff worked together. We will be back. Great for ADHD folks. So many things to observe.

My friends said this was the first time the food was, meh. Steaks were a lil over done, so we aren’t wasting time asking for a fresh attempt. Undercooked can at least be refired. Carrots were undercooked and hard. Asparagus was trimmed and cooked well. Baked potato was a lil underdone. the stars and stripes drink was sugar water. Lobster was overcooked too. It happens. Willing to try again.

Hubby and I decided to visit French Quarter for their “Limited Time, All you can eat Seafood Buffet for $60.00” which started today. I love seafood so I wouldn’t miss it for nothing. We arrived around 8:00pm and was nicely greeted by hostess Rebecca, who made us aware that dining was by reservation. The Ad didn’t state reservation needed, Rebecca was able to get us in at around 9:30pm. Everything was fresh and delicious Blacken Salmon, Oysters, Smoked Salmon, Prime Ribs, Salads, Variety of cheeses, Fried Chicken, roasted potatoes and a variety of Desserts. My mouth is still watering. French Quarter, you’ve won yourself another guests. My family and I will definitely be back. Out Servicer Jasmine was very attentive and polite.

The food was excellent, service was top notch. Nick was our server and he was very good, extremely personable and very knowledgeable of all the dishes and more.
It may have cost a pretty penny but it was well worth every dollar. The flat iron steak was cooked perfectly, the grilled salmon was amazing. We had a creme brulee bananas fosters for dessert and it was the best. All in all I will say I will definitely be coming back. This was the best meal I had in a long time and it will be hard to top.

We went for the revitalized seafood buffet on Friday night. One can start with a much varied cocktail menu. Service was good and the variety was good that included jumbo cocktail shrimp, muscles, oysters on the half shell, lox, various veggies, mashed potatoes, delicious baby carrots, and small sized snow crabs that you really had to work at to get any meat. There were tasty mini, one-bite crab cakes, too. These were delicious and even better dipped in the drawn butter. You could enjoy a salad and also there was a carving station with VERY overspiced salmon that was actually too spicy to even eat. It makes you wonder why they did that….? There was prime rib sliced-to-order that my wife tried and she said it was tough to even cut and it was chewy. For dessert there were numerous mini pastries and mini parfaits, all with some form of chocolate in them. Most were good and enjoyed. Overall, we decided that it was not worth another visit for the seafood buffet. We did enjoy some gambling afterwards so it was a good date night out.

The food was excellent and cooked to perfection. I cannot say enough positive things about our server Michele. She was absolutely wonderful. She made sure we had everything we needed and everything was cooked to perfection. If you dine here you wont regret it and if you do make sure to ask for Michele.

We came for the Friday night seafood buffet. My husband ordered off the menu though, the fish and chips. They were just okay but I thought the buffet was great. For $65/pp it was a good value/selection. There were fried clam strips, fried oysters, raw oysters, large shrimp cocktail, a couple varieties of sushi, smoked salmon, steamed salmon and white fish, Mac & cheese, mashed potatoes, snow crab legs, prime rib, another kind of salmon, small scallops, a charcuterie board, fruits and small desserts. We made reservations online and we were promptly seated. I would definitely visit again.

My son who is 20 made reservations for valentines day and traveled over 1.5 hours. They were denied entry for not being 21 years old. Nowhere on the restaurant website does it say anything regarding an age for entry or does it ask when making reservations.
