Food and service has gone downhill massively since I last used them. Took forever to deliver my food, then sent it to the wrong address!! Food was lukewarm and sweet and sour balls were undercooked when it finally arrived. I will be taking my business elsewhere in future.

Did not expect a lot. I was wrong.
I have ended up ordering 3 out of 4 nights (they were closed on Tuesday )
Tried Different things each time.
Pork balls were disappointing – but they always are to me.
Everything else was excellent. Especially the Bean curd in black bean sauce, sesame prawn toast and the chicken chow mein. The CCM reheated great for lunch the next day.
The toast is as good as I have had in a takeaway in 10 years. Texture and flavour of prawns.
Only used as my usual takeaway was closed for holiday!

Back for more in a few weeks.

Don’t count on getting your food. Claim to have lost the tickets, the driver has left with it, it’s on its way or they haven’t got the pound to it yet. the service has gone down hill massively over the last year where they tell you 45 minutes delivery but you have to call again and again from an hour and a half later to check what’s going on. You can wait up to two and a half hours to get your food or tell them to not bother.
When you ask for confirmation of why or what’s going on you can hear the kitchen staff screaming and shouting in the background.
There’s no customer loyalty here, they just don’t care. There’s nothing but excuses and if they do offer any kind of compensation for making you wait hours they knock of the delivery charge and send out food you wouldn’t feed to the dog.
Yet another local company with no compassion or care for what they serve.
Take your business elsewhere and get the quality you deserve.

Only half the food delivered. The lady on the other end of the phone said she would ‘look into it’.
Phoned up 30 mins later to ask where the rest of the food was, and how long it was going to be, only to be told ‘we’ve not cooked it, It wasn’t on the original order, would you like to order it now?’
It was on the original order. 3 people heard me read it out, and she read it back to me.
No courtesy call to tell me this fact, of course. So we were all left sitting waiting for food that would never come.

Ordered food at 6pm, after 2 hours and 4 phone calls later being told it will be another 15 minutes each time we ended up cancelling.

Regularly order from here, food is always great, if you are getting a large order then be prepared to wait a little longer but having tried several others I always go back to this place.

after trying to order on line ( the line is terrible) the guy hung up on me after nearly 80% of the order,£50 order. if they take this much care over their food i would rather stay home and eat cold beans. good luck to those who dear order food from the not likeable customer phone answering person.
