Three Dog Night comes to mind instantly for anyone of a certain age as soon as they see Jeremiah’s corporate logo. We took the whole family out to Jeremiah’s for ice cream and flavored ice treats. Everyone loved what they got. The indoor dining space is cool and comfortable. We all want to come back. The kids loved the watermelon and cotton candy ice flavors. Myself, I looked over the menu really well but did not see any “mighty fine wine” anywhere!

Our experience at Jeremiah’s Italian Ice was awesome! I ordered a Small Black Cherry Italian Ice with Rainbow Nerds. It only costed $5.99, and it was super quick service! Snack tasted soft, sweet, and tasty. Shout out to Sam! You were the best helper!

My experience was so perfect so it was my friend‘s first time eating here so I told her that she can get herself something and her daughter and she got her daughter a mango Italian ice and I got my go to an ice cream cone. Well I switched it up from time to time, but I want ice cream Cone with sprinkles. The young lady and the young gentleman was very, very nice. They were both tentative together. They work together to assist in pleasing the customer and providing great customer service. I came here on August 1, 2025 between 1:45 PM and 2 PM. I came here with my friend. She was riding on a scooter in a boot and I’m gonna say we enjoyed ourselves we didn’t eat and we took it to go. I would definitely patronize this business again. We asked several questions and got greeted with a smile and even though they were young men and women, they were very mature and answered all our questions. Thanks again. I wish I would’ve gotten your names, but I’m pretty sure your manager will be able to pinpoint who I interacted with by your personality and not to mention the treats are really nice. They have a lot to choose from so whether you like ice cream, Italian ice or both or even cake you have all those options they’re Gelotti cake is really good. The strawberry shortcake is the best. I didn’t try it this time but I did try it in the past and it’s absolutely delicious so if you’re coming by to get a birthday cake, something different a little treat a slice a piece of a bar cake and ice cream sandwich or saucer you have all of those options to choose from it just doesn’t stop there and if you wanted to try any of their flavors, they’ll be more than happy to assist. Thanks again. Jeremiah’s all of my experiences with Jeremiah‘s Italian ice have been great. I don’t care how far I have to drive because I know I’m gonna get exceptional customer service and a great treat to eat

The amount of reviews here complaining about the service is crazy, I’ve met so many different employees here and all of them have been nice to me. Working in places like these is a humbling experience lots of people talking could benefit from, and I bet they’re the same people that arrive to places 30 mins before closing and also don’t want to tip when you can literally see the kids working in there while handling super long lines. It’s stressful, put yourself in their shoes for a second. Also if you’re gonna judge a place on one or two flavors maybe make it something other than Watermelon , or remember that sometimes batches of flavors can come out different when they’re made so don’t let one bad experience dictate your opinion of the whole place. Anyways I love going here with my friends and family, theres got to be a flavor for everyone. I love the real sweet ones like frosted animal cracker, strawberry shortcake, and birthday cake. My all time favorite so far is pumpkin pie! And don’t forget to ask for your free pup cup when you visit with your dog! If you sign up for their rewards you can get free items too, literally one of the best italian ice places in town

Jeremiah’s is a must go for those seeking the joyful sweetness of life that only Italian ice can provide. I’m surprised it took me this long to actually try this place.
The first thing you’ll notice about this venue is that it’s not a “walk in and dine” type venue. You place your order at the window outside then wait a few minutes for your dessert. There are many great flavors to choose from available in a few sizes. Of course, this is Italian ice so prices are reasonable and usually stick around the $5 range.
The scoops are served in a plastic cup with a spoon. The only disadvantage is that your hands may get very cold if you’re holding it the entire time. Alternatively you can place it down on any of the nearby tables. The ice is delicious, smooth, and satisfying. Depending on the flavor, the texture and consistency can vary. One of my flavors had the usual Italian ice texture, which was noticeably different than the creamy chocolate scoop it was paired with.
There are only a couple tables available outside so this can become a first come, first served scenario, which is less than ideal for large groups. I visited on a Saturday night and it was relatively busy with a small group gathered around and a few people ahead of me in line. Due to this, expect to wait 5-10 minutes before ordering. Overall this place is great and I have no trouble recommending it to those looking for a chilly treat.

If you like ices… this is the best and it’s open year round! Plenty of flavors and if you’re not sure what to order, they’ll give samples. Famous for their Gelati, a mix of ices and soft serve ice cream, it’s a special treat.

Went to the Wiles location with excited kids who ate their lunch next door. We waited until 12:15pm (well after advertised opening of 12pm) only to be rudely spoken to by DJ who refused to serve us because he said that they open at 12:30 today (????). Put my daughter in tears because we promised that if she ate her lunch and was good, she could have a small cup.
I’m sorry that DJ can’t find a better job but his attitude towards guests and closing and locking the window in my face mid-sentence was completely disrespectful and if continued to be employed by this location is an absolute disgrace to the franchise.

Yummy treat! I came here right after I enjoyed some slices of pizza next door at Pepperoni Grill.
I like that they offer samples if you are not sure what you want to get. I had a sample of the spicy hot chocolate before deciding to purchase a black raspberry ice one which instantly became a favorite as I usually settle for the common chocolate one. My girlfriend had the piña colada one and she enjoyed it very much.

I love the ice cream, but it smells like the plumbing’s broken and I noticed the bathroom is broken as well so that might be the cause of this smell. I feel very bad for the workers.

Was greeted with a smile and a chipper attitude at the window! So far so good! Got to try some yummy flavors too! I suggest the sour green apple paired with anything gives it a great kick! Can’t wait until they have peach back and I can try that! One suggestion, can you try and get dairy free soft serve? I would love to try a gelati ice combo but alas I am lactose intolerant. Ty!!
