When you call ahead the objective is to minimize wait time at the store. 43 minutes to wait for a burnt pizza!!! This place has gone down hill. Not the first time I get a burnt pizza!!

Staff was really friendly and they told me I might have to wait about 10-11 minutes for my order but it was out far quicker than that! As always, good pizza and the slices and stix are a great deal. 10/10 will come again.

We placed order thur LC App r for three pizzas, a cheesy bread, and sauce, but the delivery only included one pizza, one cheesy bread, and one sauce. Two pizzas were completely missing.
When I called customer service, I was told they would need to submit a claim and wait up to 11 days just to see if a refund would be approved. That didn’t help the immediate situation — we were still missing food for our family.
Because of that, I had to load six kids into the car in the cold and drive to the closest Little Caesars to get the missing pizzas myself. When I arrived, the pizzas were already made and just sitting on the counter, completely cold.
What made it worse was the in-store experience. When I walked in, the employees did not acknowledge me at all. When I finally went up to the counter and said, “Hi, I’m here because our DoorDasher left two pizzas behind,” they looked at each other and around the store, then simply said “Oh, here,” and handed them to me. No apology, no explanation, no customer service whatsoever.
By the time I got home, everything was cold — the replacement pizzas and the original pizza and cheesy bread.
All I expected was basic customer service — an apology, a sense of urgency, and fresh pizzas to replace what was missed — instead of being left to fix the situation myself.

Typically this place is a great place to go when you want a pizza. However apparently the employees attitudes go up when you show up at 10:20pm. Even though that’s not a rude time to show up. However on May 16th 2025 the girl who took my order was extremely rude. She had such a attitude even though my order was pretty simple. I understand being tired after a long day but never in my life would I imagine giving attitude to my customers. Not to mention they forgot the salt on the pretzel pizza. That may seem like a not big deal but honestly because of the attitude I got from the lady working it really ruined the whole experience.

Barely any cheese on a cheese pizza. And the scattered cheese that is visible falls right off….not too mention a bit over baked. Current rating of 3.8 seems appropriate, if not a bit forgiving.

I like butter but this is ridiculous!!! We ordered from here a lot and every time it’s worse and worse they usually don’t cut the pizza all the way through either! I would not recommend this place!! Update they haven’t gotten any better this time got burnt pizza. They also have the worst wings I have ever had they all are so small there is barely any meat on it!!! Check out my last wing picture couldn’t even eat them!!!!

Ordered from here for my coworkers and myself. Obviously they use DoorDash for delivery(WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DELIVERY FROM THEM) AFTER WAITING AN HOUR & 15mins the DoorDash person was at a different address and said that he had arrived to deliver the food. Damn near 30mins later the food was delivered TO THE RIGHT ADDRESS! PIZZA WAS COLD & GREASY, CHEESY BREAD WAS COLD AND CRAZY BREAD WAS COLD AND HARD!! Spent over $40 on this meal and left a tip for the driver! We will NEVER order from this place again. I will also be contacting corporate to let them know that they need to find a better delivery service if they want to offer delivery as an option!

My mother and grandmother were in town and picked me up a pizza and hauled it back to minnesota an hour and a half. I grew up watching “pizza pizza” commercials and have never had a Ceasars. Spot on! Even in the microwave. I wish to actually make to a store in person!

I have been a customer at this location for 25 years. I have always had excellent service here up until recently. My most recent experience we ordered a deep dish pizza and wings online. The estimated wait was 20 minutes. I didn’t get my food until 25 minutes after the 20 minute wait after I went to the counter to get a refund because of the long wait. If the service gets better in the future I will update my review accordingly.
