We waited almost 20 minutes just to place our order, and even groups who came after us were served first. The pho I ordered was completely different from what I expected — the meat was dry and tough, and the broth was quite salty. Very disappointing overall. I definitely won’t be coming back.

Food is really good and fresh. Nothing looks old. I hate ordering food and I get like vegetable or meats that aren’t fresh, you can tell. This place is beyond that and everything is delicious. Pho is delicious and perfect. The fried rice is amazing as well.

Great food. Quiet and chill atmosphere. I got the #10 Pho. The beef was tender and stood out on its on, broth was on point and the tendon spoke to my soul. And of course I had to make it a Large. Must try!

Went with my cousin for a bite. I’ve never tried Pho before this (shame on me, right ?).
First, I would like to say the owner is very nice and checked on us frequently. Second, the food was amazing, I had the #7!!!!! The flavor is there. Beautiful broth! You definitely get a bang for your buck. Lastly, I will be back.

The woman waiting us was named Kim, she did a wonderful job and was extremely kind and welcoming, I had minimal wait time and the prices were superb for the portions, I ordered #7 and it was very large, it had lots of meat and even more noodles, everything was fresh, delicious and visibly appealing. The restaurant was quiet, calm and had lovely lighting and atmosphere. There was another man who brought me my food and he was very sweet. I had a raging headache before I sat down to eat and the food wished it away like magic, truly a gem of a restaurant!

Such a quaint restaurant with some of the best customer service in town. Kim anticipates all our needs and the owner, Mr. Ngo is so hard-working and warm. He remembers your order and is just such a nice man who is a people person, what every restaurateur should be. Right off the Beltline and really not that far from most parts of town. This is a quintessential Madison small business. We enjoyed the pho of course, as well as the pork vermicelli salad bun which was delicious!

I wasn’t impressed with the Pho unfortunately. It tasted oddly sweet? They didn’t fill the bowl with broth as if it was half empty for a steep price. We also ordered the stir fry rice platter. The meats were incredibly scarce. The only meat you could clearly see was some…shrimp for $17
The waitress was incredible! She was kind and made us feel comfortable. I got all the accommodations I requested which is another plus. But $14-15 after tax for mediocre pho? I’d love to give this place another chance but I think it’d try another pho restaurant before coming back.

We are on the end of a road trip cross country, and this is maybe the best place we have been. The food is absolutely delicious. The staff is very accommodating. We needed an all vegan/vegetarian meal and they modified and clarified everything. My mother is from Laos, so I’ve had good authentic Pho my whole life and this is perfect. I can’t say enough good things. Try it yourself, you won’t be disappointed.

Fried tofu really impressed me! Nice and crispy with a unique twist from the lemongrass on top. Fresh spring rolls were just okay in my opinion. I appreciate that they put shrimp and also pork in them for more bulk, but neither pork nor shrimp had fresh flavor (but what can you expect for shrimp in Wisconsin?). As soon as the nice older man set the bowl of pho on my table, the aroma of flavors hit me and I knew it was going to be good (and it was). Atmosphere is simple but peaceful. There was some loud banging going on somewhere in back briefly.. not sure what that was about. Nonetheless, I am going to be a regular here, for sure.
