Omg so slow- make sure you have a full tank of gas if you go through the drive through i dont know if they are completely inderstaffed?? This is mo longer fast food- i dont think they indrstand that if someones order takes too long tho shift them to the other sode of building burger will probably be cold by the time i get to window

Good burger king to visit. I swear the burgers at the king are far superior to other places. Working fast food is not easy! I promise you that! But every now and then you find a spot that handles it well. Plus the halloween decor was cool!!!

On 12/25/2022 we came to this location around 8pm to order a $22 bundle for my family. We waited for about 20 minutes and our food was still given to us wrong! They gave us fish instead of a chicken sandwich and it was undercooked! We called the manager as soon as we noticed and she said we would get credit for the inconvenience. On 12/28/2022 we went around 8pm as well hoping to find the same manager but found a guy this time. The cashier who attended us did not ring us up for what we asked. Instead the manager took our receipt that was the only proof we had for credit. We had also made a survey which was for a free whopper, but instead of getting our free food for the survey and our food for the credit we got charged for a combo! We payed for something we didn’t order! We didn’t get our food for the survey! To make matter worse they didn’t even help us get the credit for the food they messed up! This is the worst customer service I’ve gotten I want a REFUND!

This is a pretty solid BK staffed by employees who care about the place. The Flaming Whopper combo is a great choice for those who love spicy stuff — the fiery strawberry Sprite is wild! Don’t forget to grab a small chicken fries, they’re delicious. This location has a frozen slushy machine & Coca Cola freestyle. Drive-thru is usually fast and the inside is maintained well. Pro tip: ask for 2 crispy tacos with jalapenos, they’re a hidden menu item but are low-key fantastic!

I couldn’t possibly be the first person to say this, but the gentleman (pretty positive he’s the manager) working the pm shift is truly phenomenal! He is such a genuine person. To say he’s great at his job is a complete understatement! Every time I come here, he’s always here and is honestly such a delight. His customer service is beyond what we deal with on a day to day basis. He’s just perfect! Thank you for turning my rough day around with your positive attitude! Sometimes we as humans need those simple reminders and I just hope he comes across this review!

I went through the drive through twice within a half hour. The voice over the speaker was so friendly. When I got to the window, same friendly person, but didn’t get a look at his name tag. Wish I would have paid closer attention, because he has a great personality. It was about 10:45 pm the first time, so about 11:15 pm the second. So, to the friendly drive through guy with dark brown hair and beard, who was working at 10:45 pm, today Monday, June 16th, job well done. Now, the food. Yes, it’s just Burger King, but the fries were hot and fresh, the whoppers, cooked right, got my special requests correct both times, enough of everything. I am not even supposed to be eating gluten and thought will this really be worth it, and yes, yes it was!!!

These fries and onion rings are so empty. We were there for more than 20 minutes and they had no people. They also got my order wrong and after I told the lady, she said “oh you wanted the crispy chickens right?” So she knew my order but still charged me more. I got my money back but this is the worst order.

It took 15 minutes to place our order. There were some high school kids who apparently knew the staff and all they wanted to do was talk to the staff and try to get free food and drinks. We were ignored while they chatted with one another. I don’t expect a lot from fast food restaurants but it would be good to at least get decent service.
