⭐️ Disappointed with the Decline

Bridges used to be one of my favorite spots, but unfortunately, the quality has really gone downhill. On my recent visit on Mother’s Day the food was bland and poorly presented—nowhere near the standard they once had. Even more disappointing was the service: slow, inattentive, and disorganized.

Really unfortunate to see such a great place lose its charm. I won’t be returning anytime soon unless things improve significantly.

Oh!!! I just loved this place. The cocktails were soooo good and stiff. The Crispy calamari was the best I had. The stir fried mexican prawns in thai red curry sauce is a must have here and the Lobster mahi mahi was sooo good too. Everyhing we ordered from the truffle fries to the mahi mahi were just so sumptuous. Will definitely come back to this place, it had a vibe for sure!

Bridges Restaurant was excellent! I love the famous filming location for Mrs. Doubtfire with Robin Williams and Sally Field. This 1993 movie was filmed here where Daniel Hillard was forced to attend both in and out of the costume. Of course, Mrs. Doubtfire was released on November 24th, 1993 and I can definitely remember Bridges Restaurant forever for all the movie lovers and Robin Williams fans.

We had lunch here for a party of six. The food was excellent, and the atmosphere was absolutely charming. We especially loved the appetizer and dessert. However, the service was disappointingly slow—we waited a long time for our orders. If they could speed things up, it would be a perfect dining spot.

Worst dining experience we ever had last night 2/14/26 in 40 years. No service, took an hour before a waiter came to take our order (and I had to ask for the waiter to come), another hour and still no service, no meal, just a water boy pouring water every 5 min. Every other table around us had the same no service and they had been longer than us just sitting at their tables. Finally a waiter walked by and I said something. He said “the kitchen is behind”. People were just walking out. So we did as well. 2 hour dining experience and No service and no dinner. And they are a restaurant?

Had a celebration lunch at this establishment. Could not believe this was my first time dining at this place. I didn’t even know if there was ample parking (it did) so I parked far away. Lol

The waitress missed my Arnold Palmer drink the first time, so when it was time to order food, I got a Bridges Manhattan instead. I love Manhattans and make my own, but this was pretty good. The appetizers were all quite delicious, but the truffle fried felt a bit dry (you could even see from the photo).

A few entrees that I wanted to try, but I decided on the stir fried Mexican prawns with Thai red curry sauce. I must admit that it was a huge plate. However, much of it was the thin noodle. I liked this pairing, but at the end of the meal, I thought perhaps there was a bit too much carb. LOL The prawns were a good size and the curry sauce was great.

The ambiance was great so I could why people like this place. Yes, I would come back again~ =)

Really enjoy this restaurant. They are very accommodating. Made it easy to split salads and even the soup! Two different smaller bowls. Appetizers were very good and we all enjoyed our meals. They have indoor and outdoor seating. A little loud but that’s because it’s very busy.

Parking: bridges parking is very limited unless you are early street parking is an option

Food: it was good and I wish it had more flavors, spicy to it. Rest of my family liked it

Service: excellent and friendly staff

Time to serve: quite bit of wait time for the entree but I hope this is only in the weekends due to the crowd

Desert menu: except for gelato everything else is alcohol based deserts. It is unquestionably unique and adults will love it

Pricing: on the higher end

Ambience: excellent. They got indoor and outdoors

Reservations: Allowed and it’s better to reserve during weekends. Even though walk ins are allowed
