Got the speaker for a mobile order and the person on the speaker says Go ahead. Soooo….no hello, welcome, welcome to wendys? Already mad I placed my order here instead of on Fort Campbell Blvd (they’re way better). Then home and paid an upcharge for my fries but got not even a full box. Our nuggets were cold. My husband’s sandwich was made correctly. I will say the person that was at the window was super nice. I won’t be back to this one. Customer Service is everything!

When did the drive-thru to get dinner and I smelled the guy at back window before I saw him. He was rude when he did open the window and kind of snatched my card, definitely not the type of person I want making my food.

The breakfast breads are awful.
They are probably the best fast food restaurant currently. Sodas are expensive. The frosty is still great. I think they should offer seniors a discount if it is obvious they are seniors.

Normally I would give them 5 stars throughout, only the last two times I have been there. They have messed up my to go orders and didn’t really want to admit when I had to pull into a parking space and go inside in order to return the wrong order and have them fix me my order. Yes, this has happened twice. I assume that they are, in fact, training new workers , at least I hope they are.
I had my receipt both times , and both times nothing was close to what I had ordered. In fact the first time I was given 3 six piece nuggets and 1 small fry and no drinks, this was after them asking me to pull down while they finished my order because they was still preparing our burgers and chicken sandwiches.
The second time , they had given me our drinks and sandwiches, but they did not include any of the fries, again I had to go inside in order to get them to fix the mistake, and again I had my receipt.
Normally I have had only good things to say about them. I think that once they get their people trained that it will go back to normal again. I really do hope so.

Had 3 separate orders and asked for 6 sauces 2 for each meal. Was told they couldn’t and the most I could have was 3 so I offered to pay for them then was told no again and looked at like I was crazy by the child in the window. When they finally brought me our 3 meals I could hear them mouthing about my 6 sauce question and also had the big black guy bring our meals to the window. lol Wendy’s on west side is pettyyyyyy y’all

Amazing. The sandwich was so good and the potatoes were delicious & crispy.

My ticket was printed at twelve forty two p m Saturday. Waited over 12 and a 1/2 minutes for a double with cheese combo, just pickle. I received a Jr single plain. Returned to store with ticket, waited another 10 min. before getting my correct sandwich. Now the fries are COLD. My lunch time is now shot.
