The food was fantastic. I ordered the Birria Tacos & wow!! My friend confirmed (she’s Hispanic) their food was pretty genuine & agreed delicious! recommend!

Got there just before noon. Nice remodel in the restaurant. Not sure if ownership changed hands, but the flavors did change. The beef used in the mulitas had a grainy texture, and a liver like flavor. The fish tacos smelled very fishy but didn’t taste fishy. Service was good but very slow, due to the amount of people… one waiter was not enough. It took about 45 mins from the time we say down until we got our food. At one point people started asked how much longer before they got their food.

Clean and nice little place gets the one star….but regarding the food totally “non Mexican flavor” I ordered Birria and since the moment I received a plate with beans and rice I knew I was at the wrong Mexican restaurant. After that flavor and texture totally disappointed for a birria. Just a non real Mexican restaurant.

Ladies and gentlemen, we have a gem in little ole Algona. I got the 3 taco platter and it was delicious. Taco truck status delicious. The tortillas seemed homemade too.
Ate outside and while we were waiting, they gave us chips, salsa, water, and checked on us a couple of times.

I was pleasantly surprised by this place. The food was great, the price was good and employees are very friendly. I’ve driven by this place for months, I wish I would have tried it sooner.

They did a great job remodeling. They also improved their food. The fish tacos were amazing.

An hour before closing on a Friday night, she waited on us, and food was as expected. The only thing that I would complain about, was the water , which then, I realized that I was in pacific,,, hmmm,,, water problems, then I ordered a pop.
