Ordered a four piece combo meal and requested only legs, normally this is never an issue, they had just put a fresh tray of drumsticks out so I know there was no shortage. The dude (who I was told was the manager of that location) running the register acknowledged my request. But, when I received my order this is what I got.

They charged me for a side of gravy I didnt receive and basically doused my chicken Littles in mayo. Last time I came here, I received raw drumsticks. Was hoping after almost a year and half they’d have improved but was just disappointed.

Bought a chicken pot pie and there was no chicken. Loaded with vegetables but little to no chicken. Was going to go and say something but I was sitting in my car bc I didn’t want to leave my dog out in the cold car while I ate. Didn’t want them saying I ate the 2 pieces of chicken the pie had and then complained.
They understood the assignment! Sell only vegetable pot pie during the holiday $4.99 special and save the chicken for when they go back to regular price.

This is a historically awesome KFC. It has a rich tradition of great fast food, workers, and incredible stories. Some of the best all time people that I’ve ever met in my life worked at the historic 3rd street KFC; no joke. Upon my entry to KFC this time, I was only impressed. They continue to hire amazing employees. Those employees carry on the rich tradition of the third Street KFC. I highly recommended checking out this KFC among other KFC’s in the world, it is the best.

The food tasted good but couldn’t be enjoyed because of the blaring kitchen music mixed with the dining room music making the atmosphere unenjoyable. The front counter person acted with a bad attitude, we had an online order and it wasn’t quite done . I ask if I could go ahead and get some plates and our drinks. He acted as though that was a crime as he snatched the already made drinks from the counter causing them to spill and go in the floor. Better customer service is a must. We spoke with another employee about the music and he cut the kitchen music off for us, thank you very much. Overall, a half good(the food), half bad experience. Thank you.

We ordered extra crispy 12 piece, mashed potatoes and gravy, corn, cole slaw, went to pick it up in 20 minutes, when we get there they don’t have extra crispy and want to know if we want regular, no that is not what we ordered so they say it will be 18 min to cook this, they should have already done that, then when we get home they didn’t put in cole slaw, they gave us mac and cheese. So very disappointing to, once again, not get what we ordered. They had plenty of time to cook the extra crispy when they discovered they didn’t have it.

Gave me explosive diarrhea, I fought for my life. I’m talking clinging to the commode, tear-jerking, makes you want to slap your Grandma, type of tummy ache. Was really hoping to enjoy watching the new Jurassic movie at home but instead found myself crippled and debilitated by a stomachache. First time I’d eaten KFC in years, and I’ll likely wait a few more before I re-learn this lesson.

The lady that was at the drive thru window right now is super disrespectful, the eye rolling when YOU forgot to put something in the bag that someone paid for was unnecessary. If you would have done the job in the first place we wouldn’t have had to return. Secondly the packaging of our food in the bag looks like everything was just thrown in with no coordination. If you can’t manage to do your job correctly then find something else.
