After hearing so many positive things about Knead Wine’s pizza and overall concept we had been wanting to try it out, but since they don’t have a dining room, it’s really tough since we live an hour away and we’d rather eat fresh, hot pizza than to take it to go. So, recently when we were in the area to visit a winery that permitted outside food, we stopped in her first and got a couple of pies…
The two pizzas we ordered were phenomenal! The dough was outrageously excellent and perfect! The texture, density, and definitely the slight char on the crust. The toppings were of high quality and each of the pizzas came together to be very tasty and amazing!
We will most definitely return if in the area with the same opportunity to take it and still eat it while it’s fresh and hot. Just wish they had a dining room… also they need to offer plastic utensils to take away to use.
Highly recommend stopping in here!!

We just stumbled upon this place while driving south. Their pizzas are absolutely phenomenal. This is take-out only so we were slightly disappointed that our seating options were limited to outdoors. That wasn’t a big deal for us, the pizza was still absolutely delicious. Great wine options available! Did not expect them to sell freshly made cookies, this was hands down the best cookie I’ve ever had. I’m actually kind of glad that this location is a bit far from us because I would have been a weekly customer, haha. Great customer service, welcomed by a cute dog!

Amaaaaazing pizza, even the plain cheese was notably better than normal. Excellent wine choices— enough to be interesting but not so much to be overwhelming! Grab a pack of cookies while you’re at it. They’re fantastic.

Recommend the SVR! Great people, great energy. Pizza has high quality ingredients, smart flavor combinations. Crust gets a little chewy if not eaten almost immediately in case your used to the big chain style crusts but thats how hand tossed dough works.

Pizza and wine — what’s not to love? Pizza was delicious and they have a robust wine selection. Perfect for takeout or eating in.

Such a cute little shop. The pizza smelled so good that we had to try it and let me tell you, it didn’t disappoint! Such a great menu of choices too. We ended up getting the Waters pizza. The shop staff were super friendly as well. It was VERY clean inside. Fair prices on the wine with great selection including local wines too. Highly recommended stopping in if you’re in town!

One of the best pizzas I’ve ever had (and I’m admittedly a pizza snob after growing up outside NYC and living in Italy for a few months). I got the trucks pizza and the flavors were just perfect together, and the crust was a delicious Neapolitan style thin crust. Would go out of my way to go here again.

The pizza is not worth the cost, in my opinion. Often thought the pizzas were lacking in cheese and flavor. The sauce isn’t very flavorful, and they don’t do anything on the crust. A simple compound butter applied to the crust would make a big difference. I have had pizza from here 5 or 6 times. I was pretty disappointed each time. They do have a nice wine selection and nice staff, but I feel the pizza is lacking. I was surprised by my most recent order that had bacon. They use such a thick cut of bacon, which you would figure would be a good thing, but it’s so thick that it’s chewy and pretty much just a chunk of ham with fat at that point. I notice too that the crust is often under done. That could be because they don’t want to burn it or something, but I think the right amount of stiffness in the crust makes a difference in flavor and eating experience. I may be judging harsher than some because my family had a pizza restaurant years ago in a different state, but if I’m going to pay $20+ for a small pizza, it should be worth it.
