Really can’t recommend this location. The lady manager acts like you are an inconvenience when they mess up your order. I remember an occasion when she came to the counter so confidently and said, “What are you talking about?”, only to realize that she did indeed make a mistake on my order. The level of ego she has for just being a Taco Bell manager is laughable.

Loved their food and maybe their quality is the same but once you try real fresh mexican food.. you wouldn’t want to go back.

Last week I visited the same location and was charged a little over 5.00 for a Mexican Pizza. Today it cost almost 7.00. No other food just one Mexican Pizza not even any sauce requested and it looked slapped together and was falling out of the box when I got home. Taco Bell will never get another penny from me, too expensive for such a little bit of food and unfriendly staff.

We spent over $33. They charged for guac and didn’t add it. The soft taco supremes were so tiny and barely had any meat. Same with the nachos. Barley any cheese and so little meat. So sad and a waste

It was probably an accident, but I can’t let it pass. I got an order at the drive-through and took the meal home. I started to eat it at home and found that all of the cheese they used was moldy. Crossing my fingers I don’t get sick. I called location and told them about the moldy cheese and the lady hung up on me. I just wanted to give them a heads up before they gave moldy cheese food to other customers…. Good luck?

Bought the $5 loaded nacho box for my wife only to find out that they filled the accompanying taco with a plastic lid. Not a tiny piece.. An entire lid! How does one wrap a soft taco and not realize that a plastic lid is packed inside? Called the store, lady answers, asked to speak with the manager and she hangs up on me. Tried to call back several times and get a busy signal for a couple of minutes before it rings again and the same lady answers. Asked if she was the manager, she said she was and as I start to complain, she says she can’t hear me and hangs up again. So I took the taco, my receipt and drove to the store and asked to speak with the manager again. The manager shows up, I explain the situation, show her my receipt and taco. When I was done, they very first words out of her mouth was “do you want another box?” what happened to a simple apology? I asked her that and her response? “sorry, do you want another box?” I don’t think so.. And I left.

The drink was filled to the rim with ice, so it was really a small drink. The other drink was diet. They didn’t even bother to cut my quesadilla right. We ordered ahead and still had to wait at the window for 10 minutes. The guy who works there at night is so weird. After handing us our boxes of food with no bag, salsa, etc. He told us to wait because he was making our drinks. I could literally see my drinks right next to his hands. I hate spending my hard earned money on places that do things half-assed
