Pizza is really good. They have an amazing 5 cheese pizza. I appreciate places that have more then 1 kind of cheese. Pizza was on time. Employees nice. Parking lot is a complete nightmare. Steep stairs to get inside. I don’t believe they have a ramp tho I guess it could have been one on the other side .

I just ordered Marcos for the first time ever. My husband and I made a pit stop on our way back to Michigan. Marcos was closest. Ordering online was super easy. Delivery was also faster than the estimated time. I can’t believe I’ve never ordered Marcos. The pizza and cheesticks are delicious and that’s mainly because of the cooks at this particular restaraunt. They did an excellent job! Thanks to our great delivery driver as well! Your whole team is very appreciated. I’m a hangry person lol.

Not far off the 75. Stopped for a pizza and wings on our way back home to Ontario. Took it to the rest stop 20 miles up road and it was still hot. Great food and nice break from the travel.

I have ordered from this place many, many, many times. I recently had a very bad experience. I called to cancel my order after placing it because they would not honor a coupon they had previously honored in the past. I believe the “manager’s” name was Ashley and she hung up on me twice. I had to call back several times to cancel my order and yet – a delivery person showed up at my door. I declined to accept the delivery and found that Marco’s still charged my CC for the pizza. I am disputing through my bank. Tried calling Marco’s at least a dozen times before calling my bank to settle this simple $20 dispute but they are not answering my calls. We’ve been a loyal customer for years. Marco’s is willing to lose a loyal customer for years over a $20 dispute. PATHETIC!! Will never order from them again and will tell everyone I know to do the same.

My food never showed up, but was marked delivered. I called and she told me someone must’ve stolen it. I have 3 dogs. No way someone opened my gate and put my food there let alone came up and stole it! Then she hung up on me. Horrible customer service. Think they definitely need a new manager. She was really rude!

I was so impressed with the service I received from Derek at Marcos this afternoon. I found an online coupon that wasn’t registering correctly on the website. When I called, not only did he honor the coupon, but he explained the tech issue and made sure I was satisfied with my order. When I came into the store to pick up my order, he greeted me with a smile. A positive experience overall.
