Thus far, I’ve had two great experiences during my two visits. Today, would be my 1st. time trying their Irish Potato soup…Dandy-Delicious! The 2 Caucasian ladies I’ve being assisted by are lovely and genuine in nature. I appreciate them very much.

Jason’s is always a good choice for lunch. The employees are friendly and the food is good, although a little pricey. But that seems to be the case everywhere. My favorites are the deli club and the ranchers wrap. They also have a very big salad bar and free ice cream.

Take out or Dine in is always a great experience. The Staff, Atmosphere and cleanliness is Well above Par..My kids love the salad bar, yes even my teenager, who is impossible to get him to eat greens. The menu has many varieties..Not Just Sandwiches. Love the chili.. Southwest is Best!! My thanks to the Staff and to the Management Team for always being on point and providing a great family experience!!

The atmosphere was appealing and the food is always great! I just happened to be in the area and stopped for a late lunch. Sandwich and Salad bar are my go to’s. The produce was fresh, and the toppings were all full. Everything looked nice and neat. Your employee by the name of Kailey was courteous, helpful, and kind. She was patient with me and that’s a big bonus! I’ll definitely be back to this location! Thank you for the lovely experience.

I hope the corporate team reviews this feedback seriously, because this location needs immediate improvement in pricing accuracy, order handling, and basic customer service.
I visit Jason’s Deli very often and usually order the same meal: a sandwich, salad bar, and soup. However, the Belt Line location has repeatedly overcharged me and handled my concerns very poorly.
One time, I ordered the salad bar with soup, but I was charged the full soup price instead of the discounted combo price. Today, I ordered the same thing again, but this time they gave me a side salad instead of the salad bar and charged me the non-discounted soup price.
I have absolutely no reason to pay more money for a side salad when I clearly order the salad bar every time. These mistakes feel less like accidents and more like careless.
What made this worse is that when I asked for my order to be corrected, the employee blamed me and said I ordered wrong.

I came in with my Daughter 5/20/23.l didn’t know what to expect because it’s been years since I’ve eaten at Jason Deli but I remember I loved it especially the salad bar. And all I can say is WOW it’s still as I remember Fresh, Clean multiple selections to choose from the cashier was nice and patient with me every employee at this location was very helpful and nice I will definitely be back especially now I know what am doing I was so confused Thanks again Jason Deli Addison,TX location. Oh and the cheesecake was so Good!!

I had never gone to Jason’s Deli until this year, and this is the location I visit most often now. I don’t even live in Addison, but I love going here since the service is always fantastic. Tina always puts a smile on my face when I walk in and is the epitome of remarkable in the service industry.

Went inside for take out. Place didn’t look bad but employees seemed drained and dead in the eyes. None greeted us. One woman who rang us up seemed nice.
$14. Ordered the Spicy Sicilian chips and drink. The saddest sandwich I have ever seen in my life, and I’ve witnessed three year olds make a better ham and cheese. Almost no meat on it. Didn’t expect it to be like the picture but I thought there’d be something to it- maybe meat idk. I was thinking of returning to the store to complain but chose not to even bother.
On the bright side the salad bar looked good. Don’t go here if you are going to order take away and not even glance at what they give you before you get home. Go to Schlotzsky’s or even Jimmy John’s over this place.
