So me and my wife went through the Burger King two orders of number nine and the cheeseburgers are completely hard as a rock and stale. We also asked for sauce and they would not even give us any and we are normal customers and they denied it. I would like a refund these burgers are highly hard and stale and disgusting

I decided to leave a review for this McDonald’s after going here a few times and having pretty mixed experiences. Overall I would give it two stars because the service is actually really good but the food and the atmosphere are honestly not that great.
First I want to talk about the service because that is definitely the best part of this location. There is a worker named Phil who goes to CB East and he is always really friendly and outgoing. Every time I have been there he talks with the customers and makes small talk while you are waiting which actually makes the place feel a lot nicer. He asks people how their day is going and jokes around a little and it just feels like he actually cares about being nice to people instead of just rushing everyone through the line. Because of that I would honestly give the service a 5 out of 5.
The food on the other hand has been pretty disappointing most of the time. The burgers have been kind of dry and just really mediocre and the fries sometimes taste like they have been sitting there for a while. Nothing was completely awful but it definitely was not fresh tasting and it felt like the kind of meal you eat and immediately wish it was better. For a place that is supposed to be quick and satisfying it just feels underwhelming.
The atmosphere also is not very good. The inside just feels kind of dull and not very welcoming and it is not really a place you want to sit and hang out for long. It just feels a little tired and could probably use some cleaning and updating to make it feel nicer.
So overall I am giving this place two stars. The food and atmosphere really need improvement but the service especially from Phil is great and he honestly makes the experience better just by being friendly and talking with customers. I hope the management appreciates workers like him because he is definitely the highlight of this McDonald’s.

Worst service and food ever. Asked for no pickles got the paper on the sandwich box saying NO pickles! Yet, they put pickles on it anyways.
Its ridiculously priced to be getting incorrect and stale buns, all the sauce slapped on one side. The damn bun was a rock. This place is reason I’ve decided this company will never get another cent out of me.
Oh and for a million dollar company to be asking the customer to round up is totally bull crap. They should round down!
Hope this location are proud that they did such a crap job I wont be eating this crap ever again. I quit mcdonald’s for 3 years don’t know why I bothered trying it again.

Staffed by all employees who do their absolute best to ignore you. Always out of stock of any new items. Give you 1 sauce with a 6 piece nugget and want you to pay for any other sauces. So you get to have 3-4 nuggets with sauce. Hope you like the last 2 nuggets dry. No condiments or napkins available you have to ask the employees for everything and again they do their best to ignore anyone standing at the counter. You would think this location is in Kensington not Doylestown the way the make you ask or pay extra for everything. No wonder they can’t seem to keep any staff very long either.

Drive thru, ordered a Big Mac. Got home and no burger patties inside. I know, crazy and hard to believe. But true. Called the location to let them know and ask what can be done short of driving all the way back. The person on the phone who I suspect was not the manager said “well, why didn’t you check before you left?” So that about sums it up. Remember to check to make sure your order is not only correct, but that there is actually burgers in those buns folks. Wow.

I have NEVER dealt with a more unprofessional group of people than this location. We stood there OVER 40 minutes just wanting to ask if my mobile order went through and was constantly looked at by the manager but never acknowledged. After 20 minutes of standing at the register I was finally able to ask if they had my order and was told “I don’t know” before they went back to making other peoples orders. All I wanted/needed was 10 seconds of their time and couldn’t even get that. I will NEVER go back to this horrible, overpriced, underwhelming location again and I know everyone else that was also waiting won’t either.

Well my fault again for not checking my bag when sitting at the drive-through window. Looks like they gave me my large french fry again without Vaseline. They are very trained professionals to squeeze the carton of french fries when filling them. Then when lifting them from your bag and taking them out, you just paid full price for a large that equals a small.

To be totally honest, this is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been too. The bathroom is always flooded and the workers are not washing their hands. How can they if the sink is flooded on the weekly basis. If you’re a drive thru customer it’s all smoking mirrors. If you love McDonald’s like me you’ll come weekly. The workers become jealous and make you feel like they did something to your food so you don’t come back I just spend my last dollar here

I have been going to this “MickieDees” on almost a daily basis for a couple years now. Stopped in for breakfast this morning, asked for something to put some filtered water in to go with my great looking breakfast and was shocked to be told that a “courtesy” cup costs $1.58……am I missing something?

Stopped in the get the kid’s some milkshakes and nuggets, stood at the register for 5 minutes, it wasn’t busy, manager sitting at a table behind me, an employee told the other manager I was standing there, he told him to get back to work and not worry about us at the register. Most were not speaking English. I went across the street to the Burger King and was greeted very put-going and immediately and was in and out in 2-3 minutes. I blame management for ruining my experience, you can’t call it fast food if no one is even at the register to greet you. Especially when you had at least a dozen people working.
