I’ve eaten pork katsu all over the world Malaysia, Hawaii, Taiwan, and more and Mimi Katsu beats them all. The quality here is on another level!! Incredibly fresh, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. You can really taste the care that goes into every bite. On top of that, the prices are surprisingly affordable for how high quality the food is. Highly recommended!! I’ll definitely be back!!!!!

The place is in a food court inside of Joong Boo market. The chicken kimchi nabe was fantastic. Super flavorful broth and tender cabbage. The chicken was light and crispy.

I ordered takeout and my order was neatly packaged in an awesome portioned container with a lid!!! I ordered the pork katsu with cheese and it exceeded my expectations. The cheese was perfectly ooey gooey and all my food was hot and fresh! It was so delicious! I loved the picked radish and the kimchi was just right. The sauces paired well with the pork katsu with cheese and also with the cabbage salad. The soup was a nice touch. If you dine in, there’s a sauce bar and a touch screen for ordering. Highly recommend! Cant wait to enjoy again! This is located in the Market Food Hall inside Joong Boo Market. There’s lots of tables for dining in. Parking was easy with lots of spots! Look for the a dedicated set of automatic doors for the market.

No. The food tastes like cardboard. Not like traditional Japanese katsu by any means. Not sure why this place is here w this many stars. But no, it was terrible and my expectations were just normal and it fell below ⬇️ my standard and Im not even Asian. But yes, gross and over priced. Just gonna continue to pick up my katsu when they have it at HMart. They were nice so I gave them 2 stars for service, but oh man even the sauce was disappointing. Like no katsu sauce!? What? And $17 for your cardboard katsu that is so greasy and gross . I guess I got spoiled by good katsu where I used to live, never mind this place. Dont waste ur efforts.

People said seats are limited during peak hours. That is not true at all. I came this past Saturday night around 6:30 pm, it was very busy but I was still able to find a table with chairs. I ordered the fish katsu, it was crispy and succulent. It was around $20 with a drink. The entree came with a huge piece of fish katsu, a scoop of rice, veggies, orange, and soup. Besides pork and fish katsu, they also have chicken, shrimp, cheese, and then the curry section. I would come back to try more items. Service was very friendly. Prices are reasonable for the portion sizes.

I ordered the cheese katsu and fish katsu. The staff were friendly and kind, the food came out very quickly. The katsu was thin and extremely crispy. I really enjoyed the pickled radish and Cole slaw side dishes. The cheese katsu was especially tasty, it’s a must try. The portion sizes for the price were very generous. I highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area!

Amazing food. I got pork katsu and also tried chicken katsu, both were amazing. The curry was so delicious. I’m so impressed. Trust me, the food tastes amazing. It’s my favorite katsu place. I couldn’t stop thinking about my katsu all day. The portions were big and I got so full, so worth it. I love this food so much. The customer service was great and I went on a Thursday there were plenty of tables and very clean. I can’t stop thinking about this katsu it tastes so amazing.
