This place was highly anticipated since there wasn’t any in Southern Arizona, so a wait time is expected.
The food was delicious a bit pricey but if I wanted a deal I would have gone to In-n-out. I ordered the Avocado Bacon Burger with fries and it was delicious.

Excellent food and friendly staff! So thrilled to have a Shake Shack in town now. 🙂 Place was hopping during opening week, but food came out quickly considering the crowd.

Checked out the new Shake Shack and had an okay experience. The ingredients are definitely fresh and high-quality—the Double Avocado Bacon Burger (as a lettuce wrap) was tasty with real sliced avocado, and my daughter really enjoyed her Chicken Shack and the unique K-Shack Spicy Caramel Shake. It’s a fun spot for creative menu items, but probably won’t be a regular stop for me, it was pricey.

I went on the second day of the grand opening and while it was busy at night, I was very understanding of the situation. We waited in line for 45 minutes, but the manager at the entrance was doing a fantastic job. He made sure everyone was greeted and ensured the shop didn’t get overcrowded, which I really appreciated from a safety and comfort standpoint. He was extremely friendly and welcoming!
Even though it was busy, we were able to use the kiosk easily. The staff let us know upfront that food would take 30 to 45 minutes, which was totally fair given the grand opening crowds. Honestly the quality of the burger was well worth the price the burger buns were great, and the tiramisu shake was amazing!
The staff was so friendly, patient, and went above and beyond to help everyone. For those who don’t have the patience for a grand opening, I’d suggest waiting until things slow down, but for me, it was a great experience!

Was extremely excited to try this place out and sadly was disappointed. 30 dollars was way too expensive.. I enjoyed just the cheese fries, i understand they just opened so I wasn’t going to be upset about the wait time but seemed a bit disorganized with giving people their food. Hopefully things will improve with time!

Very overpriced. You need to put up the menu with prices. You just guess at what they have. But the food was very good. The service is very good. The older lady with white hair that was cleaning tables bringing food out she was on top of everything and she was excellent.

Worst Customer Service ever, none of the staff knew what they were doing and can’t even read to make sure the order is done right or has all the items. On top of that to wait over 40 minutes when it said it would be ready in 11 -16 minutes and the staff member was rude about having to get the missing items from the order. The wait time would be acceptable if it was causal or fine dining but for fast food that is unacceptable and the fact none of the staff were friendly or helpful only made the experience worse.

Food is consistent as their other locations. Pretty good for casual dining. My go to is the double avocado bacon burger (even though it doesn’t help my cholesterol) and my wife enjoys the standard ShackBurger. Lot of Tucson people seem to be complaining about the price since they expected it to be fast food. Literally right up Oracle you’d be paying $17 for a burger at Truland Burgers or $15 at Cold Beers and Cheeseburgers.

Cold burger, almost raw meat. For the line and wait you’d expect decent food. Frys and shake were amazing though.
