The bread was soft and the turkey sub was made exactly as I requested. Though I had to ask twice what was included in the kid’s meal, the maker and the counter person were pleasant the whole time. I consider that a blessing as prior to my order they had to make 5 subs for one person and another two subs for two more people before they took care of me. The crew still presented energy and smiles through all of us.

I always go here. Food is always good and service is good. Today however Jack was working and he made it such a wonderful experience. I watched him help a few customers and he had a wonderful positive attitude. Kudos to him.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I live in the town of ridgely and received a coupon for 2 6in sub meals for 10.99. Associate could not find the coupon and had to call the manager who was not present. Meanwhile other customers are being helped. The manager calls back and proceeds to say they don’t accept my coupon. Really?? But I literally got it in the mail of the town where the subway is located – live in ridgely and subway in ridgely. Needless to say I will NOT be going back.

Very friendly staff , the store was clean but the lack of meat for the price is crazy. 4 scoops of tuna on a 12″ for 7 and change is ridiculous.

I went into the store to get lunch, looked at the meats and was turned off. The was turkey slimy looking and the ham was fatty looking. Needless to say I didnt get lunch. Sorry, just saying what I saw.

Walked in ordered 4 subs 3 had to be toasted and I was in and out in less then 20mins the 2 young ladies knew their stuff.

The one girl that works there does a horrible job on the veggies when they fall on the board she picks them up and puts them on the subs and she is rude btw she’s like 17 or 16 and she goes out partying and smoking dope and does drugs
