As far as service , it was good ! Friendly and got my order together right away. So i gave it three stars cause of the service . Food wise unfortunately not par , steak and cheese sub was dry and didn’t have much flavor . There wasnt enough in the sub it’s self . Skimpy on everything to be honest . I would post a picture if i could . Im from Buffalo NY, I have high expectations for food, and this was not to to even minimum standards on any level . Unfortunately this will be the first and last time i eat there but i wish them the best . There is room for improvement!

Food is pretty good but that’s when you are able to order it. I’ve called this place 6 times in the last month and the listed hours on google say its open but no one ever answers the phone . The 1 time I did order the guy at the counter was really nice albeit clearly overworked as he seemed to be running the show alone . Higher more staff correct your listed hours and you will be in decent shape .

wanted to order pizza and wings.. love the sheet… so called to place order… sheet they could do… out of chicken wings…. out of bleu cheese… and could not take a credit card over the phone…. pizza shop out of wings and Bleu cheese is like Dunkin being out of coffee…. and what business today can’t take a card over the phone…. mind boggling!

After waiting for 1 hour and 40 minutes for our order, the total jumped form 38 when ordered and 52 when delivered. The cold turkey and cheese sandwich I ordered arrived hot as a calzone. When I called the restaurant back they refused to hear that it was a hot sandwich and said no..it was a cold turkey and cheese. We won’t be ordering from here again!

The Roman Steak Sandwich.. Lightly cooked no flavor salt & pepper goes a long way……… The Stombole was way under cooked cold middle and the cheese was not even melted. The fried mushroom way over cooked.. Spent 31$ plus 8$ tip on what bad food…

Absolutely horrid! Pretty sure that was frozen pizza, which we could have made ourselves. They didn’t have SALAD, and we ordered hot wings, which were UNedible… They were beynd ridiculously hot and the sauce itself was disgusting!!! Never ever again!

If I could give zero stars I would. First off, the hours on the sign are not right. I’m a delivery driver and Everytime I go there it’s closed. Also, they seem to always be out of something when I actually get an order when they’re open. The biggest issue? The kid that runs the place and has his picture all over the walls! He has no business working with the public!!!! Totally unprofessional and rude!!!
