I’ve been to quite a few Starbucks locations, and I can honestly say this one is my favorite. The customer service is excellent—every barista is friendly, welcoming, and genuinely kind. You feel at home the moment you walk in. Management is awesome, everything runs smoothly, and the whole team is organized and efficient. Service is fast, and the overall environment is just amazing. Highly recommend!

recently tried the ‘Egg & Cheddar’ box at Starbucks, and unfortunately, I was disappointed. The two eggs came frozen and had an unappetizing texture. It was my first meal of the day, and I felt really frustrated after paying for it. I hope they improve this item soon.

I come to this location every Sunday before I head to Pepper Park for my morning walk. They are always friendly and the quality of the coffee and pastries are always fresh. I highly recommend this location.

They forgot to give an item a couple of days ago, I called to let them know and the lady that answered didn’t give me her name, she said to go ahead and come in when it’s convenient. Anyways, I finally remembered and Alexa looked at me if i was crazy trying to get something free. All my co workers and I literally buy coffee here everyday. Also, i noticed one of our drinks was missing the cinnamon, like they usually forget, and to shut me up they decided to add the entire bottle.

Consistently one of the worst Starbucks I go to, every time i’ve had to go it’s because i’m in the area and always hope for a better service, but always end up disappointed. Nice location, parking is bad most of the time. The drive thru line gets in the way of the parking, terrible design. Staff is friendly but, lines are long due to always hacing a single cashier taking orders.
