The Mexican employee in this photo, who introduced himself as the manager, was extremely rude and disgusting to us. Who will be held accountable for this rudeness? This is Burger King, a world-renowned establishment. I have never experienced such rude and disgusting service in my life. Despite me telling my girlfriend and I three times that I am Muslim and don’t want to eat pork, he made me and my girlfriend two burgers filled with pork and ground meat and treated us with utter disrespect.

Got the new sponge bob meal. Got home no toys. I also ordered chicken fries and got no barbecue sauce. My sandwich had the whole core of the lettuce ♀️Not the first time I order from here and they mess it up. I prefer Burger King over McDonald’s but this location is terrible. Do better Burger King!!

Not going to lie – this wasn’t the best experience. Firstly I got to the drive thru around 1-2am on Monday so the scene isn’t the best already. But the drive thru being away from the building with little signage almost got me to make my car and the building have a group meeting that I wasn’t expecting (mind it I’m tired as hell). Then the speaker system is older than it should be or it’s broken, the person that took my order did have a thick accent but if the speaker system worked correctly that wouldn’t of been a problem at all. Lastly, I ordered four meals and everyone’s was fine and mine was missing and replaced with an extra of what someone else ordered. Now – we’re all human and I worked in fast food before plus it was 1-2am in the morning. But I wasn’t able to eat last night because of this mistake.

Gotta give credit when credit is due. I placed order 4:58am. Had taste for Bacon King fresh off the broiler. This thing was big, meaty, juicy. Lot of bacon and cheese. Pickles, tomato, mayo were good. Onion rings were seasoned. No breading falling off. Perfect pairing with zesty sauce. Also got a large Mello Yello. It was fresh & hot when I got there early in the morning. Go when it’s not busy.

Avoid this Burger King. They get every order wrong. I do feel like it’s on purpose. Especially when I request add cheese and no tomatoes I get more tomatoes and no cheese. I shouldn’t have to open up every item to make sure it’s what i ordered and paid for. And the drive thru attendees can’t even communicate properly or laugh and giggle and have conversations while you’re trying to order your food. I love Burger King but this location is a joke. They also never pick up your phone call so you can try to get a credit for a messed up order.

Today I ordered at Burger King through the app, where it says adding tomatoes is free. However, at the counter, I was charged extra for them. I feel deceived. Either the staff is unaware of the policy, or there is an issue with the system. Please look into this and make sure the prices match the information in the app.

First I tried to order a plain double cheeseburger online and the website would not let me. It kept adding a third party when I took off all the condiments. So I downloaded the app ordered my food and in spite of ordering a double cheeseburger plain I got a double cheeseburger full of crap. The service was slow, the food was cold and the fries were not entirely cooked. All in all a complete waste of money I will never go to this location again

I was in mood for a Burger, so I knew where to stop & grab one “Burger King”. They always have deals going on, that changes from time to time. No need to look for a coupon, you just see their menu & pick the right deal for you. I love the Hershey pie for dessert because I am a Hershey’s lover chocolate girl. So I have a BIG apetito my lunch was $14, good for once in a while. I like the option to add Jalepeño for an upcharge since I love spicy food. The next time I went in the morning for breakfast got me an Egg-nourmos burrito for $4 it’s HUGE & that’s amazing because I was starving @ 7 am.
