This location really needs improvement. The lobby area was extremely dirty—trash everywhere, tables not cleaned, and the whole place felt neglected. On top of that, the staff member at the counter didn’t speak loud enough for anyone to hear clearly, which made ordering frustrating. And it took 15 minutes just to get bacon. I understand busy times happen, but the lack of cleanliness and slow service made this visit really disappointing.

Coffee is inconsistent, often having too much or too little sugar. Food is always undercooked. Employees are friendly, but fail to correctly fulfill orders. Not worth the price.

I visited on a Saturday morning and decided to come inside because the drive-thru line was long. Several other customers and I waited patiently for over 15 minutes, but the staff showed zero professionalism or courtesy. They avoided eye contact, ignored customers at the counter, and made no effort to acknowledge or communicate with us.
When I politely asked if I could be rung up for two donuts, the manager and an employee in the back responded with complete disrespect telling me, “You can leave.” Instead of correcting the employee’s behavior, the manager joined in with the same dismissive attitude, stating that the drive-thru was “more important.”
At that point, I spoke up for myself, and in response, the staff began yelling at me in front of my children simply because I expected to be served after waiting patiently.
It’s no surprise this location only has around a 3.4-star rating. Based on my experience, this kind of treatment must be common. I made sure to let others in the drive-thru know about the situation so they could choose to spend their money elsewhere.
Customer service matters, and this Dunkin’ location is a perfect example of how poor leadership and disrespectful staff can drive loyal customers away.

Tuesday 06/07/2022 visited this Dunkin Donuts Store, to try the new Mango Pineapple Dunkin Refresher. I ordered a large, made with Coconut Milk . The drink was absolutely delicious and extremely flavorful. I could taste all the ingredients, Mango, Pineapple, Coconut Milk which even gave off a Coconut aroma! Valerie provided great customer service! Highly Recommend.

Ordered through mobile. They forgot my two donuts and gave me the completely wrong flavored coffee. My mom went back to get the donuts and have them fix the coffee and received extremely poor customer service. The girl at the window gave my mom attitude about the coffee being wrong, and continuously made faces. It’s disappointing when a second trip has to be made due to their mistakes only to be met with attitude and disgusting behavior.

Walked in and waited at least 10 minutes for someone to appear. I called out several times. I could hear someone in the back but no one came to the front. Customer service is non existent. It explains why the parking lot is always empty.
