Come here when I am in town came today on my way out of time I ask for a cup of ice because I already had a drink I don’t drink much soda and the lady who was here the last time and got rude was here again and said that they can’t give a cup of ice I said I was just here a week ago and they had no problem giving it to me then she said they don’t do that I said fine whatever then she was talking to someone on the headset about me saying that some woman ask for a cup of ice like I couldn’t hear her talking about me when I wasn’t even that far away everytime I come in here there is never a clean table they aren’t busy so there shouldn’t be no problem cleaning up the dining room this place is a mess chicken looks over cooked and so does the biscuit like it’s like this all the time but when your hungry finshef what I was eating and still no one came to the dining room to clean up anything

I went in there with my son in one of his friends, I stood there for about 10 minutes, with one employee keep looking at me and never saying a word. When he took my order after the 10 min, he made multiple mistakes. That I had to keep repeating myself. And when I did get my order, there were multiple mistakes…. My son’s friend ordered separately, and after we waited 10 minutes to order, we got our food and my son’s friend still didn’t get his order taken, he waited another 10 minutes, that means he waited 20 minutes. Waiting 20 minutes and a restaurant is absolutely uncalled for. Employees act like they were on drugs, bathroom was unclean. Restaurant was unclean, there was a man in one of the seats with his head down on the table sound asleep. On a good note: food was good.

So I ordered 2 separate orders tonight around 8:30 pm and they close at 10 pm . Only the drive through was opened. So when my husband brought the food home, large wedges, large coleslaw and 4 biscuits were missing so I called the store 3 times.. no one picked up the phone so I sent my husband back and when he reached there they admitted they were out of coleslaw, biscuits and wedges. Why can’t you make more when you have a few more hours left ?? They should have told my husband when he was picking up the food or compensated with something else if they were out of it .. why do we have to go back and forth 15 mins drive each way just for the sides which was their mistake.. Very bad service! Management are you listening??

I went on Tuesday morning had a lot of errands to run got there about 10:55 a.m. waited in my truck 11:00 I walked up to the door still locked try it again a few minutes later still locked ended up going through the drive-thru by this time there was four cars in front of me I ordered my chicken they only had crispy not regular when I got it home it was very rubbery like it wasn’t fresh I believe it was left over from the night before
