Staff is very nice, but I think the problem might be my luck. I asked for Valentine Day donuts with no fillings because this is for my classroom and I teach children with behaviors and if I get a few donuts with the filling my kids will fight over it. Instead of getting all Valentine Day donuts like I asked, out of a dozen I got three heart-shaped donuts that are filled, four donuts with Valentine’s Day sprinkles on it which is perfect, a curler nobody is going to eat, a maple donut nobody is going to eat, a classic chocolate frosted and a glazed that has nothing to do with Valentine’s Day. I know this might seem like I am being a nitpicky but I have 10 students with behavior problems who are trying to learn to be happy with what they get, and since they haven’t learned how to control their emotions very well I feel like I can’t give these out because they will destroy my room.

I go here often for convenience for quick coffee on my way to work and sometimes its great and sometimes so so. But lately, I dont know whats with the staff but not friendly and just rude. From someone who works with the public, tips and business become much better with a happy or even pretend happy/ greatful attitude. Just some advice.

Use the drive-thru often on the way to work. They are SO quick!! I love that I dont waste much time on my commute picking up coffee. Food and drink quality are ok. Affordable menu

This used to be the go to Dunkin. But lately, the quality of food and drinks have been terrible. Three straight orders where the coffee didn’t have the requested sugar and it was clearly old and burnt. I don’t know what happened here, but, I hope they fix it soon.
Also, they haven’t been using the safety bags or stickers for their door dash deliveries. This will definitely get me to stop order from here.

Absolute worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to.. I went a couple weeks ago and the coffee was terrible I assumed it was a one off so I gave them another try (they are the closest to my sons swim school) however today was even more horrible. The first coffee I got was so nasty I almost threw up, I then turned around and went back and kindly asked them to remake it (I had already drove off and had to come back) they remade it and it was no different in fact they actually gave me less coffee in my SMALL coffee cup.. idk if they were being petty or they just didn’t care but it was horrible. The LOADED HASH-BROWNS had no cheese in them & they provided no silverware or napkins for anything provided. I don’t normally do this for fast food places as you genuinely pay for what you get, but this is unacceptable and something needs to be done. This isn’t a “one off” it’s every time.

Complete failure of management here. Two employees running the entire building in the middle of the day. One has worked at Dunkin for FOUR days and the other has NEVER worked food before. Not at all the workers fault. The management here should be fired for leaving these new employees here to drown

Just went to the Lutz Dale Mabry location and the menu in the driveway thru clearly states the 10ct munchkins are $2.19 but the staff argued they were $4 and did not honor the price. They said it was an old promo but did not even offer to check the drive thru menu to confirm. Terrible customer service.
I can understand promos change, but the signage should reflect that and the current price shown should have been honored.

Came in and 5 workers present, all standing around. Not one hello , how can we help you ect. .. after a while I called over the counter and they were mostly ce tired where you could not see them or speak with them. They looked at each other in confusion. And asked me to dta d aside while they tool other people’s orders. And continued to let me stand there , for an extended amount t of time. I would absolutely like someone I. Charge to reach out to me. This is exceptable!

i was looking through the reviews and I see that a lot of people don’t like the workers at this Dunkin.
I’ve been coming here for like three months EVERY morning. I’m always polite and the workers reflect that! you can’t expect everyone to be bright and happy in the MORNING when their line is to the street in both directions. Give people grace and treat them with respect and you’ll get the same! My Coffee and hash browns are always perfect and i get great attitude from the workers every morning and any time of day i go.
