This was near the Netflix House in Philly.
Had aloo samosa and onion samosa, punugulu and vada sambhar, and benne masala dosa.
Punugulu is made of same batter as vada so that backfired on us. At other joints like Amma’s etc, the punugulu has different batter so I wasn’t expecting this.
Benne dosa was good. Masala was too spicy for my taste. What i loved about all the dishes was the ample amount of chutneys, sauces, sambhar, etc that was provided. And of needed anything else, the owners were eager to help.
Overall a good joint, worth visiting.

I ordered the weekend Mandi special and it turned out amazing — rich taste, well-seasoned, and prepared really well. I stop by here quite a bit and usually go for whatever special they feature, and it’s always a solid choice. Service is quick, my food arrives without much delay, and the quality stays reliable every time. It’s also a convenient place to swing by for a light bite. Definitely worth trying!

I recently ordered pickup from the Vijayawada Mess food truck, and the food was excellent. The truck itself is tucked in a gas station parking lot, so there’s not much atmosphere to comment on, but it’s cute, clean, and appears to be well run. I enjoy supporting small local businesses, and the owner/manager was genuinely friendly and appreciative. I arrived a little early for my pickup on a cold and chilly day, and they even walked the food to my car— a thoughtful gesture.
My only suggestion is to make the menu a bit clearer, since the food items are foreign (southern Indian) and not fully described. Definitely give it a try!

We are excited to see South Indian food truck near KOP mall and tried their food.
Chicken samosa feels like frozen samosa was fried in oil and doesn’t like fresh.
Tried Rajahmundri kodi pulao in weekday but it doesn’t taste good so we skip for few weeks and tried their chicken noodles and it’s pretty good. My family liked the noodles.
So we decided to try their Mugalai chicken biryanis yesterday but it doesn’t taste good. I liked the same biryani from Madness of Masala.
Finally better to try Chinese or tiffins from this truck but not their Pulao or biryanis.

Tried the benne dosa and ghee karam idli, and both were spot on! The dosa was golden, crisp, and generously buttery without being greasy. The idlis were super soft, soaked beautifully in ghee and karam podi — comforting and full of flavor. Great taste, fresh preparation, and very satisfying. Highly recommend!

They have really good food. It’s street style South Indian. They also have a few tables and chairs outside their food truck. Overall, a nice vibe! I recommend the dosas and masala chai.
