I wish I had read some of these reviews first. After traveling with my kids and getting in after midnight needing something on my stomach so I can take my medication this is the menu my hotel Element Miami gave me to order from. I wish I had starved for the night! I paid for trash; cause that’s where it went! I tried to force myself to eat it! The fries were dried out and greasy as if they were old and re- dipped in oil! The shrimp was so hard it scraped the roof of my mouth and tongue! If I could give them a -10 I would!

The woman that takes the orders is less than professional – and with what sounded like a TV blaring next to her, it was hard to hear but after getting over that negative experience, the rest wasn’t really that bad. Delivery came on time from a relatively friendly driver and although the food was average, we didn’t expect much more than that at 10:00pm on a Monday night right next to Miami International. They’ve found their niche with hotels (as I’ve read in many reviews) – sure serves a purpose for the weary traveler. PS I think we were charged about $8 for delivery – they don’t give any breakdown and only accept cash upon delivery.

Yoooo…no hater energy here or anything but this place is legit not good. The pizza looks like it should taste ok but it’s completely void of anything pleasing. Basically one flat flavor that I couldn’t describe as anything I want to attach to my pizza. AND…I ordered the minestrone and I kid you not, they sent alphabet soup man. Cmon man…at least try. $70 got me a bland pizza, stale dinner rolls with some garlic smeared on top, fried mushroom that were more like fry pit oil gushers and alphabet soup. I fr threw it away and ate instant lunch instead.

This place is running a scam on hotel guests. Ordered an XXL 18” large pizza. They delivered a 14”. The menu provided by the front desk shows the 14” is 12.95. My total? 29.99!! For delivery he said. How is the delivery fee more than the actual pizza??
To top it off, the pizza sauce is cloyingly super sweet. Wish I read the reviews first.

It took almost an hour for a personal spinach pizza. Then once I got home and looked inside the container, it was a chicken leg quarter inside. I don’t even remember seeing that on the menu. Then to top it off, the fries they gave me were cold and hard. This was probably the worst dining experience I’ve ever had and I don’t usually even write reviews. Stay away!!

I just ordered at 1:30 am and it came earlier than the 40 minutes they say. I really enjoyed it. The white cheese is great I had the 4 cheese but the white cheese my wife had was tastier. I got chicken pineapples and green peppers on mine and it was fresh. I read some reviews after I ordered so I’m glad it was after I ordered cause I would have been persuaded to not order but because I ordered first I was presently surprised at how good it was. I tipped the guy also. He looked a bit tired but perked up with the tip.

The food is not good. The 4 cheese pizza had nacho cheese on it. Also the salad was suppose to have balsamic dressing and it came with canola oil. $40 for bad food.

Where to begin—this was an experience all around.
We were looking for dinner options at our hotel around 11pm, and the front desk recommended this place as the only delivery option available. After waiting over an hour, the pizza finally arrived, but the delivery experience was terrible. The driver was rude and unhelpful when I tried to pay by credit card, even though the printed menu advertised that option. He insisted I call a number and give my card details over the phone, which I refused. We eventually settled on Zelle, but even then, the final bill didn’t add up—there was nearly a $20 surcharge on a $25 pizza, which he brushed off as “shipping and fees.”
The food itself was just as disappointing. The pizza was made with low-quality ingredients, soggy to the point it couldn’t hold its shape, and simply inedible. I felt completely scammed paying nearly $50 for something I wouldn’t eat again under any circumstance. Honestly, I’d rather skip dinner or eat cereal than order from here again.

Staying at a local hotel and this place was recommended by the staff. Literally the worst food we’ve ever paid for . $60 for a large pizza, mozzarella sticks and fried shrimp and 2L Pepsi. Mozzarella sticks were so fried there was no cheese, fries were so old they were inedible. The Pepsi was good.
