We used to order here all the time. Never had any issues. Ordered delivery today for my husband’s birthday, I ordered bbq chicken with fried rice and he ordered general tso’s chicken with fried rice. We ordered some other food as well, but we only received one small container of fried rice. I tried to call and let them know we didn’t get both our sides of fried rice and the woman on the phone tried to say that the small container of fried rice was both our sides put together. Never has that happened before. I refuse to believe that is both our sides when it has always come in two separate containers of that size. We will no longer be ordering here.

We are here for Christmas, and it was busy. The buffet food was cold, and the waitresses kept running around, literally yelling over people like it was some emergency situation. They ran out of ice, and probably yelled it back and forth for 25 minutes. For nearly $50 for two adults and a toddler, it wasn’t a good deal. Most food items were gone on the buffet 80% of the time we were there- and instead of swapping out the metal dishes for a new batch, they just piled the new food on top of the old food. What really annoyed us were the loud waitresses running around like the dang place was on fire- yelling, the whole time!!

My sister and I got there at 10 minutes to 2 Friday. Almost all trays were out of food. The little I got which was 4 items were cold. There was no soup so they got some. We waited for them to fill buffetcandxshe said “buffet closes at 2” We said we did not get any food for the price. She then said you get more food on buffet than on menu. I said yes if there was any. She then proceeded to say there was people on front of us who ate it all. I then told her that if buffet closes at two then they should tell someone when buffet is empty. Service was bad. Very disappointing

Never going here again after the way we were treated by the hostess. She had an attitude right off the get go about us accidentally parking in the handicap spot which was barely marked. We were also told there was a placard right above it but there wasn’t one. Was super condescending the whole time. And gave us sas as soon as we walked in. 10/10 don’t recommend if this lady is working.

I’ve been to countless Chinese buffets, and Golden Phoenix stands head and shoulders above the rest. My visit this past weekend was simply outstanding, solidifying its place as my favorite.
The selection was incredible, with an impressive array of dishes covering all the classics and some unique, delicious finds. From the perfectly crispy and flavorful spring rolls to the tender General Tso’s chicken, every dish was a hit. The seafood options including sushi, were fresh and constantly replenished, which is a major plus for a buffet.
