We were a group of seven, here for a birthday gathering, and I would highly recommend it. This place was magical. It had delicious food, delightful atmosphere and excellent service. They had great gluten free options, and we had plenty to eat (both savory options and sweet). I wish I lived closer, but I’ll for sure be back.

We worked with Taste for our client holiday gifts and had such a great experience. They were easy to work with, responsive, and really helpful in putting everything together. They helped us create gift baskets for our non-local clients and a fondue experience for our local clients, and both options turned out amazing. The quality was excellent and it was a great value for what we received.

Such a fun and memorable activity! I went with some friends on the chocolate factory tour. We learned of the fondue nights they do on Thursday’s, so we came back for more! It was delicious, so fun, and a great memory!

This is a great study spot! They place really nice instrumental music and it’s nice and quiet – good for focusing. I got a hot chocolate to sip on while I worked and it was delicious! A great way to get off campus and get some work done.

I just had one of the most amazing lunches here! And who knew there was a chocolate factory right here in Provo? This place is amazing. The staff were kind and helpful. The owners even came by to say hi. You have to try the chocolate ice drink. I’ll have to be back for the Fondue night on Thursdays. This place is a hidden gem! It’s great for casual lunches, date nights and even families. So fun, I highly recommend!

This was absolutely wonderful! We had a staff party for tea time and it was so wonderful! The server was so kind, we felt bad that there was only 1 server and 25 of us. He did so good getting our drinks though. When the food was brought out there were a few more servers and it was wonderful.

We used Taste to provide gift boxes for our employees. The boxes were a big hit with our employees. Kyle and the team were easy to work with and allowed us to personalize the box with particular bars that we like the best. It was an easy process and a big success. Tea and chocolate shop. But the real winner is the cake of the day. This time chocolate with marshmallow. $6 for a piece of cake! Seemed crazy cheap. Great setting but not great parking, has to be nearby or on the street.

This place is super popular in Provo, so my husband and I tried it a few weeks ago. It was genuinely so disappointing. We got the chocolate tastings, a hot chocolate, and a sipping chocolate.
The chocolate tasting was fine, and it was fun trying the samples from different regions. However, both the hot chocolate and sipping chocolate were terrible. We couldn’t bring ourselves to drink more than a few sips of each. I’m not sure if it’s because we came decently late at night (around 8pm on a Saturday), but the hot chocolate tasted like spoiled milk. The sipping chocolate was marginally better, but it still tasted rotten. We were so confused by the terrible taste because we’ve seen so many good reviews about the hot chocolate at this place. However, the hot chocolate tasted so bad that even if it was given to us for free, we wouldn’t try it again.
The atmosphere is cute. Lots of seating, but some of the tables were dirty when we came (probably because the staff took a while to clean the tables up). The staff was friendly, but service was a bit slow. We also saw the employees snacking a lot while preparing the food. That was pretty strange and off-putting.

I’ve been here a few times for the afternoon tea and it has been delicious and fun every time. Recently, I ordered a s’mores cake from Taste for my birthday because I knew I wasn’t going to be able to find time to make my own (which I usually do because I’m pretty picky about my cakes) and it was so delicious. I’ve had cakes from another cake shop in Orem a few times and have been unimpressed every time, but I was very pleased with this cake. The frosting was smooth and not overly sweet and the cake was dense and not too dry. Super happy that they were able to make it with only 4 days notice and it was totally worth the $65 for a 3-layer 8 inch cake.
