We happened onto Table of Contents when we stopped for lunch on the way to Zion National Park. Online reviews recommended the place. When we arrived, we realized the cafe is located in Mesquite’s public library. We went ahead on in. We’re so glad we did. The owner greeted us warmly. The food was surprisingly good, the vegan bean chili in particular. The unexpected often is the most delightful.

A nice little cafe at the library. There is a rotating menu for each day. Mostly sandwiches. Sides are potato salad or chips or soup. Had a “Rachel” sandwich which is a Reuben with coleslaw substituted for sauerkraut. Excellent. Generous serving of pastrami on the sandwich. Owner is very nice. Pleasant patio for dining in the shade. Indoor seating as well.

A wonderful place to be. Located in a library we had wonderful sandwiches, excellent coffee and enjoy the familiar atmosphere.

My cousin and son wanted something different. So I looked on goggle and found this place. It is located in the library and it’s so crazy because I remember when I was a child coming to this library and how amazing they changed it up and put a cafe in here. As we go up to the cash wrap the barista let us know that he will be right with us. He had 3 guest he had to take care of and I assumed the other barista was taking her break. We weren’t in a rush so we were okay waiting on him. As he got done serving the others, He explained the menu. We placed our order, paid & sat down. Food came out and it was so delicious!!

Such a pleasant surprise! I had a custom sandwich with chicken, veggies, and sauerkraut on sourdough and it was absolutely delicious! Wonderful staff and owner!

What a gem! Lovely fresh options on a rotating daily menu tucked within the Library. I had the fabulous quiche and took some fresh baked goodies for the road. Definitely worth stopping by for a delicious lunch or takeaway during your time in Mesquite. So happy I found this place! Highly recommend 🙂
