Worst service ever! Do not go, it’ll save you gas. They got my order wrong the first time and on both my sandwiches they don’t look good. Went back to get my other 6 inch sub that they forgot to do (I had ordered a footlong) since the worker was about to clock out. And when she did make it, the lettuce looks horrible, it’s so bland there, and when they made my tun subway, they usually put the meat, cheese, and then toast it. What is this? The cheese is not even melted, the Hispanic worker idk her name, she looked high and red/orange hair. She didn’t even melt it? Worst subway ever.

I wish I could give 0 stars. The first time I went here was 30min after they opened, and they were already low on cookies. They didn’t even have the footlong chocolate chip cookie as advertised, and the guy showed me a different footlong cookie, and it was a lot thinner than in the official photos online. All the remaining normal cookies were different sizes, and he chose to give me the smaller ones of each cookie I ordered.
I went again for the second time today and I placed an online order with a deal for 2 footlong sandwiches for $6.99 each, and then I go in and the same guy as I saw last time gives me a sandwich that’s completely not what I ordered. He refused to switch it out and make a new one and also refused to give a refund and told me to call customer service.
Worst customer service I’ve seen in a while. Never want to come back.

Absolute terrible experience and would never come hete again. Met the owner who charged atypical pricing for a sandwhich that is standard across different locations. Owner was absolutely stingy with the ingredients and would only grab a pinch and deny any extra topping claiming that they were too expensive. The amount given was way below normal portions at other subway locations. Owner was also very rude unhospitable, could not even ask for napkins.

The salt, unfortunately, couldn’t salvage the situation; it merely clung to the surface, refusing to penetrate the crust.
In summary, Subway’s footlong pretzel was a missed opportunity. The combination of rock-hard bread and insufficient seasoning left me longing for a softer, saltier experience. Perhaps next time, they’ll strike the right balance – a pretzel that’s both satisfyingly crunchy and delightfully seasoned.

This was the second time that we have ordered and our sandwiches were sloppy but this time it was literally inedible. It’s pretty crazy that they would assume someone would eat it. My sons was the least gross and he had to take apart and wipe off sauce and my wrap couldn’t even be picked up without falling apart and it was dripping bad. I tried calling to say something and it’s impossible to get ahold of anyone. So at this point that is when you leave a bad review because for $50 for 3 sandwiches at a subway they should at least be something you can eat and not feel that bad about. What happened to this place?! I tip. We usually tip in cash when we pick up. I feel like tipping at subway at least gets you somewhat effort. My wrap looked like the food that’s found in the kitchen sink drain. Gross, Guys. At least try.

The gentleman who helped me was very nice and helped me make a great Titan Turkey (7/11/23 at 11am). The gentleman and the lady Cashier had wonderful customer service. It was so refreshing to interact with people who are so great at customer interaction.
This will definitely be my go-to Subway in my area.
