This review might seem a bit unfair, but I couldn’t imagine spending money to eat here after tasting the salsa and “top shelf” margarita. I have been sick and hadn’t had much of an appetite, so I honestly thought that I may have had COVID after tasting both items. I dumped a bunch of salt in the salsa, took a few bites, and had one sip of the giant margarita that it took two minutes to make (my first huge red flag), and decided to pay for my order and leave. I went straight to Walgreens to buy a COVID test. The test for all viruses was negative. Then I had a granola bar that I’d purchased early and it was delicious.
I say all of this to say that I was very disappointed in this restaurant. My menu had recently been wiped down but still had bits of food and moisture on the pages so that they stuck together. They place is really cute inside, but if you are from a big city, used to authentic Mexican cuisine, and are passing through…this is NOT the place for you if you’re craving some tasty chips and salsa and a good margarita. Maybe the food is better, but I didn’t want to spend money to find out. You probably shouldn’t either

This is a great place for Mexican food! Service goes a long way for me, and it was excellent! Ashley checked me out at the register and she was so nice! Bonus- they have karaoke on Friday nights!

BOMB. Me and bro came up from TN to get some of the sticky icky from the dispo. We boxed in the car before coming in, AND LET ME TELL YOU, that is the best place to be when the munchies hit. The salsa and chips were definitely better than most places, tho the chip were a bit thin and broke easily they were very flavorful. The chimichangas I got were perfectly seasoned and fried. The beans and rice were what you’d usually expect. The guacamole they give with the plate was to die for. You can taste each vegetable and seasoning that went in, and it is balanced so well! Definitely made fresh. The service was reasonable, and wait time was actually pleasantly quick. The whole atmosphere, inside and out , screamed that this would be a great and authentic Mexican experience, and I definitely feel I was not deceived. Will be back next zaza trip. Would give more stars if I could.

I never leave reviews but today the whole situation got under my skin! I had placed a pick up order I get my food get home open up my box and my street tacos had no meat in 2. The oder comes with 3 tacos. 2 was just shell and it’s not like the meat had fell out or anything with all the meat in there it made 1 taco and on top of that they didn’t give me any limes, I called told them said no problem they would replace. So I call back up later and said hey I’m gunna come get those tacos they wrote me down and then they wanted me to bring the empty shell back and tried to argue with me like I was lying. When I pay almost 70 dollars for food yeah I want all my food. Then on my recept it had just prices and all of them said custom amount so I have no idea what I paid for or how much each item was. So on top of that I Def feel like I also over paid. I won’t order here again, only reason I did cause el Toro Loco was closed. Lesson learned. Pics attached

The waiter was . Atmosphere when we first got in, was warm and welcoming. The staff immediately saw us, greeted us and hostess sat us at a booth.
The menus had a lot of choices but better yet, the food was visually amazing and very tasteful!
Drop ur good earned money here and feel spending it! I highly recommend this place!

$50 for the fajitas for two and cheese dip?? I tried to post a picture of the small portions, It’s mostly peppers and onions, hardly any meat at all. I should have ordered for one, that’s the amount of meat we got. This is why I never eat out. This is so disappointing!!! ALSO has NO seasoning at all, the most bland fajitas I’ve ever had!!! We won’t be spending our hard earned money here anymore.

We had frozen house margaritas, the chicken fajita quesadilla, and street tacos. Everything was delicious! Service was quick and friendly. Only thing lacking was lighting and music. It was dark and uncomfortably quiet on a Friday at 5pm.

Such a cute and colorful restaurant. Very nice wait staff. Great queso and my Quesadilla Texana was amazing. My boyfriend mentioned his beef burritos were a little bland, but we enjoyed our date while we were being touristy.
