We came in for an early lunch after church on Sunday at 11am. We were the first customers there, but it quickly got busy and by 11:30pm and was 80% full. My wife really likes coming here because they have the Vietnamese beef stew whereas the other place in town stopped carrying it. For Pho, I like the flavor of the soup better at the other Vietnamese restaurant in town, but the food overall here is good. My wife and I both got the beef stew and my mother-in-law got the seafood soup. We also had an order of BBQ Pork Spring Rolls. Everything we had were delicious. Service is on par with other Vietnamese Restaurants, not great, but not bad either. Someone did come over to refill water without asking which I appreciate a lot! One the place got busy, it got noisy with blender noise as most people like to order their blended shakes. They have a good selection of beverage choices along with Vietnamese dessert drinks. Overall, Pho Lee Hoa Phat is a good place to grab tasty Vietnamese food and drinks in Vacaville.

Could tell walking in that this would be a good viet spot. The price is extremely good and maybe I would say the best in this area. The food was delicious and the service was great! The vietnamese coffee was really delicious as well and they made it sweeter for me when I asked. Highly recommend the grilled meat spring rolls and their vermicelli bowls. 10/10 all around.

The eatery is conveniently located in the shopping plaza where parking is easy. The price of the food is reasonable with good portion. The style and taste of the food are average traditional Vietnamese. Nothing fancy or special.
The Chinese meatball spring rolls are actually Chinese sausage, to my disappointment.

The pictures of the dishes are misleading; they show much more meat than they actually serve. The first time I ate at this restaurant, I saw that the photos showed the dishes overflowing with meat, a generous portion. However, when they brought us the food, the portion was very small (with very little meat), literally. That’s why I prefer to go to a restaurant in Davis, California, about 25 minutes from this place, where they do serve plenty of meat at a good price.

First time here was christmas day. Its tradition for us to have Asian food on christmas. Very good lots of food for the price, very tasty the only negative I have is I specifically asked if the food i was going to order had any seafood or seafood sauce as I am allergic and was told no. One epi pen later told me it did. I take a chance every and anytime I eat out so not upset just disappointed that I was told differently.

Affordable dishes, served fast, in a restaurant with ambience and cleanliness that aligned with the price point. The vegetarian Pho has a lot of veggies, but no flavor. The pork pho and cold beef noodles dishes are OK. We ordered the plum soda, it was pretty good – you should try it.
All in all, good for a quick bite.

A very beautiful and cozy place. Incredibly delicious cuisine and very few people. You should definitely try Pho Bo. It was cooked perfectly and the portions were huge. I left this restaurant full and happy.

Avoid this restaurant. My friend amd I was accompanied by my friends service dog to monitor and allert low blood sugar level to this restaurant. Manager who claims he owns the restaurant demanded to see my friends ADA service dog certificate when the dog was quietly sitting by. I identified the dog as a service dog. I warned him that ADA and California laws prohibits restaurants from asking for service dog identification and that asking for such identification itself violates the ADA. Businesses can only ask two questions which we will gladly answer. I handed over letter from.her doctor indicating the specific disability and what the dog was trained to do but the business continue to demand not only proof but an ID with a picture of the dog. His response was, “I dont care’ and “this is my restaurant, I dont care about law”. Needless to say, we will pursuing legal action on this.
