Apparently when you order on doordash the restaurant receives the order as no cheese, no bacon , no sausage, no peppers, no mushrooms, nothing… so i got a pizza with only sauce
I called and they fixed it so im not mad but I don’t understand why DoorDash isn’t communicating to the store what a deluxe pizza is …
The customer service is consistently poor, the food is poorly prepared, and there is absolutely no sense of professionalism or accountability—from the managers to the drivers. Sheridan Avenue (15206) location has repeatedly proven to be the worst. At this point, I will never again consider ordering from this location under any circumstances.
I live just 9 minutes away, so naturally this has been my go-to store. Out of the numerous times I’ve placed orders here, I can count on one hand how many times I didn’t have a problem. When I report an issue, I’m met with dismissiveness, disrespect, and outright lies as if I’m inconveniencing them by spending my hard earned money.
I was born and raised in this community. It’s disheartening to support a business that does nothing to give back, much less offer a basic standard of service to its paying customers. They treat the neighborhood like an afterthought, and their behavior reflects it.
Most recently, I ordered pasta that came dry, missing most of the toppings, barely five sausage pieces, a few spinach leaves, and hardly any Alfredo sauce. Then, the driver went to the wrong address, and when I attempted to tell him me began to speak over me insisting he was not until in going he double checked and realized he was. His conversation was as if I was one of his friends then responded with ma’am Chill out, I’m right here,” then to make matters worse when asked by the manager alter after I was put on hold prior to asking me the issue at hand, he lied claiming I cursed at him in explication while I waited on hold for the manager only to say I will not send him again , then the wildest work was the manager had the audacity to say he needed to “check with the driver” before he could speak to me.
That is unacceptable.
I work too hard to be treated like this. I’m done. This location needs to be either shut down or taken over by people who understand basic customer service and mutual respect. Enough is enough.
