Super slow service, there’s no many customers ,but the crew is super slow, they’re always out of classic fried chicken and they don’t even look at the customer when they’re waiting standing by the register to put their order, is like no one is there waiting,they get ignored for like easy 7 min. And they get rush after or abandon because they are going to help someone else. Food ok, sucks is the only KFC around the area.

Don’t order from this place. The female manager on duty on 1/20/26 was incredibly rude and did not honor an online order. When we went back and kindly informed her our order wasn’t complete she said “I don’t know what to tell you” and walked away. In front of so many other customers. If you don’t like your job, get a different one. Corporate should have a talk with their managers if this is their idea of customer service.

Great communication and explanation of meals. But went through drive thru got a special $11.00: flight gravy, drink, chicken tenders, biscuit and fries. Drove away without checking. And get on the freeway to Oakland and food was missing.

I want to give a shout-out to Rosemary and her Team mate for the amazing customer service at KFC tonight. She is always polite, happy, and truly puts customers first. Every time I come in, she goes above and beyond. She greets every single customer with a big smile, saying, “Hello, welcome to KFC,” and always thanks us sincerely.
