Food looks nothing remotely like the photo on menu. Poor quality vs price paid. Wrote to alert corporate. No response which tells me jack in the box doesn’t care about it’s food quality vs prices.

Place.was clean, staff were polite, service was very fast, food was pretty good, its been a long time since I’ve been there. So I enjoyed it. Chicken bacon ranch with curly fries and a rootbeer. Wasnt bad at all.

Despite repeating the order 3 times, asking for grilled chicken. I got handed fried/crispy chicken. Not sure how to fix that? Maybe assign grilled items a separate number because the staff seem to struggle with the different choices!

Not that great of an experience. The staff was really kind but the food hurt my behind. Sorry about the graphic comment but I didn’t have a good experience the last time I ate at one buck upchuck. Jack and the crack. Try your luck and maybe you will be ok or maybe you won’t. It’s part of the experience.

Well, I headed straight to Jack in the Box to see what all the hype is about with the new hot ham and cheese sandwich, and all I can say is WOW! There’s a new kid in town, and he’s taking names. Order the new ham and cheese on the secret menu, it’s great.

I ordered a Buttery Jack combo. I was exited and anticipated having a great burger. Once I unwrapped my burger I was amazed how they were able to make a pancake style burger… Smashed down to a 1/4 of its advertised size, tomato slices still green, lettuce wilted, and melted cheese…. No not here , just some room temperature cheese slice that wound up meeting its doom on a sad burger. It appears someone took out their bad day at work on this poor innocent little buttery jack. I did what I could to make this sad flat little burger shine once again, but no matter how much ketchup and honey mustard I added it couldn’t hide its scars from its abusive past. Shame on you Jack in the box…..shame on you.

I got a spicy chicken sandwich and curly fries with an Oreo milkshake. I’ve had some bad and I mean food poisoning bad Jack in the Crack, but this was absolutely delicious. I have to give it to them. They did a really Great job. Food was ready on time( which means it was actually hot), customer service was great, and the deals they had going on through their app were really cheap and convenient. Overall I had a a great experience at a fast food place that I almost gave up on. After today I’m glad I didn’t and I plan to give it another shot. I would advise anyone who likes Jack In The box and remembers how good it was before they had a bad experience then I would go to the one on Trancas In Napa. I know fast food isn’t everyone’s first “go to”, so if you have to do it, I would say this is the lesser of the 2,3,4, evils out there. Lol.
