If I could give a 0 I would hours say open until 11 we stayed there for a while and both ladies just kept walking back and forth one was just on her phone the whole time never acknowledged us or came to us even though they clearly saw us and stared at us. 1/29/26 whoever worked this night sucks they shouldn’t be working there horrible customer service they would go hide in the back

Had placed an order at 7:45p estimated time was 8:30p. then had to call the store around 8:40p to see where my order is they had finally got it sent out and called again at 9:30p they hung up at first then called again they actually talked to me and told me that the person had driven out already not sure what went wrong. then received it until 10:30p very cold very dry. I should not have to wait almost three hours to receive food I ordered. Horrible place and service the this is the exact reasons why pizza hut is going down hill and closing up and other pizza places thriving. Do better.

This place is the absolute best, if I was on death row and I was about to have my last meal I would ask for this pizza hut establishment so I can get my wonderful usual meal. I would die with a greatful smile. Atalie is a wonderful Customer Service Representative, she deserves a raise.

Ordered a $41 take out order and my husband drove to get it, apparently it was the wrong pizza hut because the “addresses on google maps are messed up”. Upon calling the store with our order, all they could tell us was that the correct store is next to an ace hardware and a walgreens. My husband drove in circles looking for this place. They wouldn’t cancel the order. They sent him a pin to pick it up finally. Now we get cold pizza for $41.

The quality of food has seriously gone down. Pizza Hut used to be my favorite but now I find myself ordering from other pizza places instead. I paid $90 for food that was bland and to top it off I didn’t even get 2 of the items I ordered.

We went in today to dine inside. The dining room was kind of gross and filthy. Makes me worry about how clean the kitchen is. You can tell the walls and pictures are rarely cleaned. The women’s bathroom was so dark I could barely see anything. We love Pizza Hut but I’m really disgusted that it was so dirty. There was a layer of dust on the overhead lamp and the floors were dingy and streaked. Hopefully management will see this and make the appropriate corrections.
