Usually this place is mediocre, it fits the low expectations set to convenience, however tonight was enough to prompt a quick review. We did curbside pick up as per usual and when the order did make it to the car the lady that brought it out all but threw it in the window. Upon checking the back there was no straws, no ice in the soda, the order was made incorrectly, and the fries were ice cold (this part is usual for this specific mcdonalds) so I called the store while still sitting in the pick up spot and asked for a straw and cup of ice. Ive just had surgery and we’re heading out of town so I didnt want to go in. The lady that answered was sassy and rude, told me they didnt give out cups of ice unless I wanted to pay 69 cents, I said ok, well may I please have a straw? She said yes, hung up, and a few minutes later the same girl as before comes out tosses the straw in the window and runs back inside. No polite exchange, just full on tosses it in the window. Not a fan and I hate that this is the only “fast” and convenient restaurant in Jamestown.

I know I shouldn’t be eating McDonald’s at my age, and the Jamestown McDonald’s always makes that a little easier to accept.
Absolute slowest and most inaccurate McDonald’s I ever go to – religiously.
Sat in the drive thru waiting for 15 minutes for a quarter pounder NO ONIONS. Pulled to the side, waited another 10 minutes.
They finally bring out the bag and I just take it home assuming it HAS to be right having had to wait that long.
Nope. Thing’s covered in onions with a big receipt in the box that says NO ONIONS.
Rocket Surgery.
When I brought it back in, the manager acted like I was inconveniencing them for everything too.
Avoid this place. Drive to Xenia McDonalds and you’ll probably get faster service.

It gets 4 stars because I feel so bad for the female manager that always says “God bless you” because she seems to be the only one who is working hard! Every time I see that poor woman she looks exhausted from cleaning up her employees messes and mistakes. Shame on you employees. Have pride in your job or work somewhere else!

$6.50 sandwich had 85% of the shredded lettuce inside the box and not in the chicken sandwich on a dine-in order, not drive-thru. Other than that, clean restaurant and friendly,helpful staff.
