Service was fine but noticed they use nylon or PET plastic tea bags. These release millions if not billions of microplastics in you. Very dangerous !!
Do better Starbucks and use plastic free or unbleached paper tea bags.

Just ordered two coffees extra hot and no foam. When I arrived home I had a half cup of coffee, 1/4 cup of foam and 1/4 cup of empty space. At $6.00 a coffee this is ridiculous. You hate to hold up the line but now I have to open every item I order through a drive through.

What part of “light ice” is it too hard to understand?? Look how much ice they put and mind you, most of it melted already by the time I finished this. It was literally half filled with ice. The coffee also was not good. They put too much milk vs coffee.

The morning crew is excellent! I use the drive thru daily and their customer service and professionalism make my drive to work that much better. I would add bonus stars if I could because they consistently make my brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso perfect every time

The staff is super friendly and the service is lightning-fast! I usually order for pickup, and they usually have it ready in no time. They’re also really helpful if I need to make any changes to my order.

I stop at this location regularly. The baristas are always friendly and my order is always on point. The morning crew are like a well oiled machine. The negative reviews some people have left for this place are laughable. You picked up your cup by the lid and you spilled your coffee? Deserved it.

I was given a Mocha Cookie Crumble that was filled with whip cream from top to bottom and a small amount of coffee. It was not cold and taste more like foam. It was ready as soon as I pulled up to the window from taking my order. No cookies at the bottom or anything. I can’t take it right back so I’m putting it in the freezer and will return it this evening. Also the phone does not work. I have called from two cell phones and a landline and it give a message about the phone not being able to take calls so I cannot complain. However, I can put it here so the time can be stamped. I also had a bacon Gouda that was fine just disappointed in my coffee
