Ordered 3 mix and match pizzas. Then had a coupon for a 12.99 5 topping gluten free pizza. I couldn’t put them on the same order because the mix and match is also considered a coupon. So I had to make 2 different orders. Then when I ordered my 5 topping gluten free pizza, I ordered ranch dressing in place of the marinara, chicken, mushrooms, olives, spinach, and tomatoes for my 5 toppings. They tried charging me 17.00 with the 12.99 coupon. Then I asked why it would be 17.00 over my 12.99 coupon. I was told ranch is a topping, the chicken is extra, and I had 6 toppings. So I took spinach off and my pizza was13.74 because of the chicken. The coupon has no exclusions. Anyway, got a pizza with a total of 6 pieces of chicken and no tomatoes. It was the worst service from Domino’s. Never ordering from them again. Honor your coupons and put the exclusions on your coupons so people know.

You guys need to work on your customer service. We ordered a pizza at 5:45 and I was watching the tracker saying he was almost here just for it to never show up. Not sure if you took it to the wrong address or what but I told him I’d like a refund. I just can’t believe it’s easier to give a refund than it is to make pizza which is their job. Now I have to wait for the money to show up on my trash and I’ll never use this location again

I hadn’t wanted to order Domino’s after 2016. The pizza was always low-quality, no matter which store you ordered from.
That was til one fateful night in Idaho Falls, ID, 7/4/2021. It was a late night and Dominos was the only joint open. I chance it, and what a good choice I made. The pizza was very good.
Now, ordering from this Broadwater location, the food is ALWAYS fresh and hot when delivered. Whatever Domino’s did during the pandemic to imorove their food/service, please keep that up

I placed an order online and picked up in store. The staff were friendly and patient and the food was made fast. I used the online coupon which is two items for $5.99 each. I ordered a medium crunchy thin crust pizza with pepperoni and Italian sausage, and Pasta Primavera. I love the meat on the pizza, especially some pepperoni was crunchy too. It also has some spice on the pizza which I don’t know the name but surely it is the BBQ thing. The pasta has onions, tomatoes, spinach, and creamy Alfredo sauce. It looks like has very little pasta, but actually, there are a lot is hidden in the bottom. I love both items, and I will try a different one next time.

Drivers are excellent. Manager is horrible. Got a different pizza than what I ordered online. The manager would not replace it without charging me again. Even when she told me that they were having glitches. Totally unacceptable. The quality of pizza has gotten worse this past month as well. Will never order from here again.

Ordered online. Online said the order would be ready in 15 minutes. Arrived at the store 20 minutes after ordering and was told it would be out in 2 minutes. Finally 35 minutes after placing my order it was ready. The pizza was great just wish the communication was better. The online tracker is useless.

The cups are just over half full and if I had a restaurant that sent food out that looked like the photo, I’d be embarrassed. Also the pizza was ordered as light cheese, double pepperoni. And it’s neither. Who DOESN’T like NOT getting what they paid for?

I must say that after my recent experiences with dominos from Montana to Florida. I placed this order with fear in my heart. That fear grew worse 45 minutes later. However when Craig, according to the app, pulled up I was handed to delicious pizzas with a story that’s all too familiar. Coworkers that no-call no-show.. To those coworkers I wish horrible things. To Craig and those that showed up I say great job and thank you. This pizza hit the spot. You’ve re ignited my fire for the brand.

Carryout order was “completed” at 8:30. I was told it was about done. So I waited. Overheard that there was a mishap and something was either made wrong or sent to the wrong person. Waited another 30min and food was finally ready. The wings were poorly dressed as well.
