I placed an order online with pickup for the next morning. When it was sent to the store, apparently they did not put a time stamp on it, causing the store to just make it. When I called the next day to check on the order, they explained it all this to me. Rather than having to cut my losses, they stated the refunded the order the day before, and would just put in the order again for me to be made ASAP. While a bit of a hassle, I do not blame the store for this but rather their online application. So thank you.

I placed my order online. I requested light pizza sauce on both pizzas, there was extra on both. I paid for extra cheese and didn’t get it. Literally the only thing correct was the soda and boneless wings.

Do not order from this Pizza Hut. They have a call center (as all do) but when asked to be transfered, they transfer me to the store and I get a busy tone and no one picks up. They use doordash to deliver their pizzas.. we have had the worst experience with doordash delivering the pizzas. Cold pizza, wrong order. Can’t even get ahold of the store. Its become a joke trying to order pizza. Im trying to cancel my order and can’t.

Horrible service. Name was on the board as ready, and pizza was in the warming box. Waited 5 minutes for an employee to come to the front. The just would look at me and keep talking and doing other things. Will not be back.

Got robbed nearly $40 back in May, same as the other reviewer.
This location never answers their phone, which I learned is a must if you’re going to order from them; if you want to order, CALL FIRST and speak to a human, otherwise your order will not show up and you lose the money. Pizza Hut support and the store manager are useless.

This is the worst pizza ever. This $30 meat lovers has as much meat as a totinos party pizza AND it does not taste good either. It looks bad and tastes worse. Very disappointed,

Ordered a pizza for delivery about 2 hours before closing and it never showed up. I have two cameras that watch my front door and no one came. Tried calling the restaurant 15 min before they closed but it went to an automated message saying they were closed.
The next morning my app still said the pizza was on the way with the estimated delivery still showing the night before.
Contacted support who said that the location would be in contact within 3 business days but never contacted me. Contacted support again and haven’t heard back.
Update: Still haven’t gotten contacted by this location and Pizza Hut support has ignored me… looks like I’m not getting my $40 back and like I won’t be ordering Pizza Hut anymore. Shame, used to do pizza most fridays, but not from Pizza Hut anymore…

Tried to place an order 5 times online it kept saying that my debit card was invalid so then I call and talk to a Charlene who kept talking over me very rude. And still my card was invalid had to pay at the store with another card. There was nothing wrong with my card.
