First we tried to order delivery 3 nights ago, and it was cancelled with zero explanation. But we did get a refund. Still craving the food, did a to-go order today. They were slammed, understandable. But the cashier gave nothing but attitude to us like he did t want to be there and that our order was a pain (literally 2 sandwich combos) second combo wasn’t rung up even though it was the first thing out of my boyfriend’s mouth, cashier gets worse attitude saying “you didn’t say a combo” and still didn’t fix the problem.
I get working in food sucks, but if you arent going to show basic decency and pretend to be okay working there, then maybe dont work the register. Rudeness is so uncalled for. Haven’t eaten the sandwichs yet.eq

Tasted like subway, what happened? Ordered 2 large sandwiches to go. They were mushy. How could a cold sandwich be so wilty and soggy. They must have microwaved them. Yuk. They used to be so good. Must have been a new employee.

Listen up, because what I’m about to share is a tragedy, an urgent cry for justice and safety that cannot be ignored! I WALKED into this so-called establishment, hopeful and craving a simple sandwich, expecting nothing more than nourishment and satisfaction. But what did I get? IMMEDIATE anguish, an overwhelming wave of sickness that tore through me with ruthless force!

And yet, instead of taking responsibility, instead of showing genuine care and integrity, the so-called “manager” Chris Huff, took zero accountability. He reluctantly discussed my claim, as if my suffering were just an inconvenience, a trivial matter to be brushed aside. Something that I may just have made up. Proceeded to say that I more than likely became ill prior to coming to his restaurant. He SHOWED no genuine concern, no compassion, no effort to verify whether the proper precautions, the essential safety measures guaranteed by ServSafe certifications, were even in place! This is beyond negligence!

it’s a reckless disregard for human life! Wake up, this establishment is playing with fire, risking harm on a scale that could devastate lives. Protect yourself, demand accountability, because no one should have to suffer as I did! I’m still suffering from this poorly prepared sandwich that was sold to me by this establishment. I won’t be back!

Ordered from here through DoorDash. Both of the sandwiches I ordered were completely wrong. Both of the chips were not the ones I ordered and my husbands drink deals missing. I know it’s not a fault of mine due to the receipt attached to the bag was correct. I called and was put on hold for 10 minutes with no answer. I’ve tried to call back for 30 minutes now and the line is busy due to it probably being left off the hook. I understand that things happen, but everything was wrong and they won’t even answer the phone to make it right. If I could give zero starts I would.

I had to provide lunch for an OSHA class that I was teaching. The manager, Chris was very helpful. He sure a 20 piece sub box that was perfect for what I needed. They delivered it with tea and lemonade to the class. It was great and everyone enjoyed the food. I’ll definitely keep them in mind for the next time I need to feed a group of people.

Food wasn’t good at all. Subs where just thrown together, soggy and fell completely apart while trying to eat them and just blan tasting. Firehouse use to be so good and for $30 for 2 subs it still should be good!

The staff and manager are always very welcoming and friendly here! The Kings Hawaiian Pork and Slaw is really good, and I hope it stays around! Food is always hot and tasty. The staff takes good care with food presentation/portions, and most importantly–aways fresh. Online orders for work lunch is always easy and ready to go. Thank you!

First the good. The dining room was actually open and available, and decently clean. The workers were friendly enough. We went with several friends and the workers took our orders in a timely manner, and everyone’s orders seemed correct.
I ordered a large smokehouse brisket sub. When opened it, I was shocked. There was hardly any meat on it. The picture reflects one half of the sandwich. The other half was just as bad. I thought about just combining the meat from both half’s. It still wouldn’t equal a “normal” portion.
I don’t typically leave negative reviews, this might actually be my first. And I do enjoy Firehouse, they make tasty subs, but the portion they served makes Subway look generous.
